After having my windows tinted here on 9/5/25, I later discovered a razor blade left in the cup holder attached to my baby's car seat. My child had already been in the seat for the drive home, and he easily could have grabbed it and been seriously injured or even maimed. This is not a small oversight -- it is gross negligence and a serious safety hazard that shows a reckless disregard for customer safety. I immediately contacted the shop via email, provided photos, and even delivered a physical copy of my email to manager that was on duty the next day as well as the razor and additional materials from the tinting process that was not properly discarded and left in my car. It has now been over two weeks, and I have received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever from the shop owner. Apparently this shop has no effective safety or FOD control protocols. Because of this, I cannot trust this business with my vehicle or my family's safety, and I will not be a repeat customer. I brought in 3 cars throughout several years and had great experiences in the past except for my most recent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Angel was very nice and we agreed on a price over the phone for the Llumar CTX in 20% VLT.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After they were done, the tint seemed unusually darker than my other 2 cars which supposedly has the exact same tint. Brought it back to get it metered, and they installed 5% and not 20%. They agreed to remove and re-install free of charge but I wasted basically a full day to get it redone. To be honest, I'm not even sure if they used Llumar CTX since a lot of the tint rolls are already out of the box, and the rolls that are inside the box do not even match the VLT indicated on the box. Overall, I'm satisfied but will most likely take my cars elsewhere going forward. read more

Had taken my car to him to have it tinted and a stereo installed he told me it would take 8 hours after 8 hours he wasn't done with it, when they closed at 6 he wasn't done he still needed to make the game if the stereo. I came, and was greeted by his employees but was told "He" was only five minutes away. "He" being the owner of the 909 area code, which is provided by Yelp. I am assuming its the owner of the business. So, I waited an hour and still no show. I left and told the employee I'd be back. Which i would have.
