First, thank you Nick for the great work you did on our daily driver. It's a car I have done a lot to take care of over the years, but any car after seven years is going to show some age. Specifically, the graphene coating was applied to ensure the paint would be protected for years to come. Then, the plastic trim was polished from a dull faded gray into a deep glossy black. Finally, the roof rails which had a factory silver paint which notoriously bubbles and flakes, is now wrapped into a matching glossy black like the rest of the trim. Everything now looks better than it did in the dealer's lot. I recommend Nick for anyone who has a reliable daily driver that needs a cosmetic refresh. Yesterday I visited Wurzel Performance to have Nick take a look at the paint on my car with the idea of possibly doing a paint correction. Nick carried out a very thorough inspection, even taking paint thickness measurements across the whole body. My paint is in pretty rough shape, and we had an open, realistic conversation about what could actually be achieved. What really impressed me was Nick's honesty--he set clear expectations, even if it meant I might not move forward with the service. In the end, given the condition of my paint, the only real solutions would be a wrap or a respray, so I chose not to go ahead with correction. Still, Nick went above and beyond. He took the time to explain what had likely happened to my paint, shared his expert opinion, and even suggested equipment and techniques I could use at home to give the car a better shine in the meantime. Vehicle 2020 Mercedes Benz C63S AMG Excellent work, professional customer service and communication! Nick was a pleasure to work with, made an appointment with him to get a quote to re-wrap my front fender due to a mild scrape, and also needed to remove the OEM AMG rear spoiler to install and aftermarket Renntech performance carbon fiber wing. Nick gave me a tour of his workshop, and explained that he is more focused on the quality of his work as opposed to working on multiple (10-20) projects at the same time. I can thoroughly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail he has with each customer. I personally used to install vinyl race body kits on motorcycles, so I fully understand the attention to detail needed when wrapping full vehicles. For my particular car, Nick estimated 7 hours , but I was surprised when he called me and told me my car was down in 4 hours! When I picked up my car I was blown away by the quality of work Nick and his assistant Omar put into my vehicle, they had to re-wrap my whole front bumper since it's one piece with the fenders and re-wrap the rear trunk lid before installing the new Renntech rear wing. Perfect installation of the wing and wrap. From the moment I came in to Nick's shop I knew it was the right place to take my car to. I came here for a chrome delete on my 2015 Lexus 3IS Nick scheduled me for the next morning and went right to work. I couldn't get someone to pick me up, so I waited in the waiting area. The area was very spacious and nothing short of comfortable. There was Netflix on the Apple TV so I watched a movie while I waited. There were snacks, Nutella with cracker sticks, granola bars and water. The coach was also fairly big. I've waited at other waiting areas before and this was definitely a better one. During my chrome delete, they were unsatisfied with how one of the pieces came out, so they re-did it without my asking. I had also asked if they could help me get some 3M adhesive I had stuck on to my mirrors off as well as some paint that was on my panel, to which they obliged and polished my mirrors. Overall the job was done in about 3 - 3 1/2 hours, with good customer service. Reccomend! read more
