They are the Jedi masters of wraps due to many years of experience and the many wraps they do. I had to redo my damaged wrap from another shop so I went to Wrap Bullys this time. They not only patiently showed me samples and helped me choose the best wrap for me; but they also taught me how to care for my wrap to prevent oxidation and damage. They taught me that drive through subscription car washes (without wax) work great at keeping it clean and preventing discoloration from dirt. My husband dropped off his model 3 on 8/6/18 for a wrap and it was completed by 8/10/18. We were eagerly waiting for it all week. My husband checked in the day before to see how the progress was on the car. Amanda texted him back with some photos and informed him they had to re-do the trunk due to some minor crinkling in the wrap. Rest assured he would still be able to pick it up the next day. Amanda called him the next day around 430pm to report the vehicle was ready for pick up. We were like two really giddy school kids awaiting to see our new toy. We arrived thinking the car was in the work area but it wasn't. As we admired the other cars being worked on, Amanda came and asked if we saw the car yet. We said no. She pointed us in the right direction. That is when we saw George and he walked us to the car. He let us know due to the fires and the car being parked outside, there had been some ash on the car. When we finally saw the car, my husband and I were simply BLOWN away. We could not believe how awesome it looked (despite of the sprinkled on fire ash). We were not only impressed by the color but also how well it was wrapped. After inspecting all areas, we noted the passenger door handle had a small hiccup. George took a look and had it re-applied while he settled the invoice with my husband. He and I were both happy this was taken care of on the spot. I live in south OC, but found Wrap Bullys and felt like their yelp reviews were helpful. I have a Tesla Model Y. Wrap Bullys did a great job of posting past work which showed various teslas. Their past work showed they did a phenomenal job. After completing an inquiry online, Skyler reached out to me very quickly. She was knowledgeable on their services, costs breakdown for my type of car, estimated Turn around time, etc. The quote I received was $1,200 cheaper than anything I was finding in Irvine. I went Matte black with black calipers with the white "Tesla" lettering. I loved what they did with my car. George is a great owner and always kept me up to date on my vehicle. Johnny was the muscle behind wrapping my car and he did an amazing job. These guys are humble and hardworking and truly put the customer first. They do a pre-inspection walk with you and point out various things about the vehicle so I'd understand how the wrap would work. I thought the pre-inspection was HUGE as it eliminated any "this wasn't here before I came in!!" BS people typically say after getting their cars worked on. They also submitted this pre-inspection walk through in order to avoid "he said/she said". This is a great way to take care of their customer without causing issues after the service is finished. It gave me great peace of mind. George did a post-inspection walk through with me as well to confirm everything is exactly how I wanted it. George also sells cleaning products that are specialized for wraps. I said no to his offer when I left, thinking I'd get it hand washed once a week. After getting my car hand washed in my neighborhood, I wasn't convinced the guys did a good enough job. So I went back to George and bought his cleaning supplies. I spray and wipe down my wrap now with his cleaning solutions and ALL of my spots, stains, etc. come out now. My bad for doubting you at first, George! I wanted to wrap my new Tesla model 3 performance and contacted several contractors for quotes and delivery times. But one vendor gave me $6k quote and told me they could start wrapping around December. Other vendors also quoted $4k.
