Highly recommended not just for the job they do, but the guidance they give to find the right…read moresolution for your car! I have a 2015 Audi S3 with paint that was really beat up from parking outside often, machine washes, and other scratches and dents from the past decade. Recently decided I wanted to hold onto it for about another 10 years, so I decided to overhaul and get it back in good shape. Wurzel is one of the highest rated places around and in a convenient location for me, so I brought it by not really having a full plan. After some great guidance to balance perfection and cost I went for paint correction and graphene coating. On top of that they went the extra mile to put on some new mirror caps for me (the one I had looked terrible with really heavy oxidation) and touch up some chips. I am very happy with the results that accomplished exactly what I'm after, and I'm happy I didn't pay thousands more chasing perfection.

First, thank you Nick for the great work you did on our daily driver. It's a car I have done a lot…read moreto take care of over the years, but any car after seven years is going to show some age. Specifically, the graphene coating was applied to ensure the paint would be protected for years to come. Then, the plastic trim was polished from a dull faded gray into a deep glossy black. Finally, the roof rails which had a factory silver paint which notoriously bubbles and flakes, is now wrapped into a matching glossy black like the rest of the trim. Everything now looks better than it did in the dealer's lot. I recommend Nick for anyone who has a reliable daily driver that needs a cosmetic refresh. His work on other customer's exotics speaks for itself, but his work on your reliable daily driver will be just as fantastic. If you're thinking about replacing an otherwise great car over an aged exterior, why not try Nick first? You may save yourself a ton of money!

Instead of just politely telling me that it was a misunderstanding, she barked at me for 10 minutes. I was gobsmacked by the way I was treated at this establishment. I have never been spoken to this way and can not in good faith recommend this business to anyone I know. I was going to spare all the details but since you are laying out the situation, I can also provide more context. Your other customer at the time was engaging with me. He noticed how upset Martha was and told me to just pay the $17 (5%). When I said it was about the principle and that I was just clarifying a confusion, he called me a C U Next Tuesday and a bitch. Instead of diffusing the situation, Martha said, please don't talk to a paying customer that way. (You were not in the room when she said that to me.) She also never told him to stop engaging with me. She never told him not to speak to me that way. She just wouldn't stop bickering and rolling her eyes at us. Is this what you call exceptional customer service? Additionally, this was a CLEAR case of miscommunication. Why would we choose 5% over $25 off if $25 is more than 5%? We still paid almost $700 for the service and would have paid this anyways. The difference was literally $8. If you had just made it clear to begin with or cleared up the confusion nicely, I wouldn't have left this review.

"Speedy Tint Shop: A Game-Changer for Car Lovers and Skeptics Alike"…read more I'll admit it: I'm not easily impressed when it comes to car window tinting. So, when a friend casually mentioned Speedy Tint Shop--a humble, almost-hidden spot,--I raised an eyebrow. Speedy? I thought. "Speedy usually means 'don't take it seriously. Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise. From the moment I rolled up, the vibe was different. The place wasn't slick or showy, but it exuded competence. A young woman with a warm smile and name I regrettably forgot (but let's call her "The Gem") greeted me. She listened patiently as I rambled about wanting "dark tint, but not too dark," "no bubbles, ever," and "I need this to last long. Instead of nodding absentmindedly, she asked thoughtful questions, explaining options like a seasoned pro but with the approachability of a friend. Then came the work itself. The technicians moved with purpose and precision, transforming my sunbeaten sedan into a sleek, shaded masterpiece. Hours later, I was handed back a car that looked like it rolled off a dealership floor--and with the cooling relief of tint that actually works. No hazy spots. No peeling corners. Just flawless, mirror-smooth application that made me wonder why I'd ever settled for less. And here's the kicker: for all that quality, the price was fair--very fair. No hidden fees, no upsells, just a clean invoice that matched the quote she gave me upfront. Now, a week later, I'm still riding high on this decision. My car feels like new, my passengers no longer roast themselves in the backseat, and I keep getting side-eyes at the drive-thru for looking too cool in my freshly shaded whip. But the real takeaway? Sometimes the smaller shops--the ones you almost pass by. If you're shopping for tint, and want someone who treats you like a person (not a paycheck), do yourself a favor. Skip the flashy places. Take the chance. Pull into Speedy Tint Shop and let them prove that "speedy" doesn't mean "shoddy." You'll thank me--and The Gem--later. BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.
