Danny and Chris from South Bay Royal Detailing showed up right on time, right to my door. Super professional, easy to talk to, and they walked me through exactly what they were going to do before getting started. No fluff--just guys who clearly take pride in their work. Now, my Jeep isn't some showroom queen. I picked it up used, and it had that... let's just call it a "lived-in" smell. Not terrible, but definitely not fresh. After their Interior Reset? Completely different vehicle. I'm not exaggerating when I say it looks, feels, and smells brand new. They got into every nook and cranny--seats, carpets, vents, all of it. The level of detail was insane. Stains gone. Odor gone. Even the little stuff you don't think about was handled. You can tell they didn't rush a single step. If you're on the fence--don't be. I look for service, responsiveness, and most of all quality and workmanship. Dr Wheel covers all the bases. I'll be honest, I was a little suspect at first. Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. They looked over our car carefully, took a video of the test they performed and shared it with us. He also explained to us what the test meant. Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a good experience despite the fact that my car is officially dead!
