Found Wrap It Up during a Google search and the 5-star reviews are spot on! I called late in the day on Friday, spoke with Alex who could not have been nicer. He suggested photos to save myself a trip across town in traffic and within a few minutes offered a quote which was incredibly fair. Dropped the van off on Monday morning to have the wrap removed which was on almost 80% of the van. Less than 24 hours later, not only did I had my van back with wrap removed, adhesive removed, van washed, and can you believe delivered to my friend's house close to their shop?! Gave this business the benefit of the doubt to wrap my Range Rover despite the bad reviews but I should've went somewhere else. They broke one of the pillars of my car and they told me I had to wait 11 days to get a replacement. I couldn't wait that long so I went to go get the part myself which they did reimburse me for. Besides that, I did a close inspection when I got home and man, the wrap job they did was so messy. I'm truly disappointed and upset with this business. The owner Alex showed no compassion or guilt. They left many loose parts in my car due to excessive force from the wrap I'm assuming but they denied it. I REGRET taking my car here... it's going to cost me more to fix everything. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. If you need your vehicle wrapped, I would STRONGLY encourage you to stay away from this place. I reached out to this company via Instagram to inquire about a partial wrap on my SUV. The person handling the IG page was indeed responsive and friendly. I was told I could the work would be completed in 3-4 days, and that they had appointments available as early as Monday April 4. We came to an agreement on the color, design, and final quote. They immediately sent me a vague invoice just listing "partial wrap" and a price of $2,500. I signed the invoice electronically and we confirmed my appointment for Monday. In efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, I made arrangements for a rental car for the following week and was able to drop off my SUV on Saturday. On Tuesday, I got a phone call saying that the color I had originally requested was not available as it was out of stock. Alex proceeded to provide me with an alternative color that was the closest to the original color, and that was in stock. I googled the color while on the phone with him, and verbally agreed to move forward with the alternative option due to them not having the original in stock. Mind you, I was under the impression that the material in the color I originally requested was already in their shop. Later that evening, at about 6pm, I get a text message from Alex with a tracking number stating that my newly selected material would not be arriving until Monday April 11 - A WHOLE NEW WEEK! I immediately called him to get clarity on the situation, and all he could do for me was call local shops the following morning. On the following morning (04/06), I waited for an update: call or text, and nothing. I decided to text Alex at 10am and he said that he was unable to expedite the order that was already in transit from the day before, and that none of the local shops had anything in stock with the color I wanted. I proceeded ask him if anything had been done to my SUV since it was dropped off Saturday, April 2? His response was " No we can't do anything without the material." I was very disappointed. I immediately told Alex that this clearly isn't working out and that I wanted to cancel everything entirely. I requested to have the finance company be refunded in full as no services were completed via notification from Alex and that I pick up my SUV as soon as possible. I reached out to Snap Finance to inform them of the situation that I was dealing with. At this point, I wanted them to get their money back and find a new merchant to work with, instead of Alex and his team at Wrap It Up. The agent at Snap was extremely helpful and understanding. In efforts to close the loan account and get the full refund, the agent advised me that they needed to confirm that no labor/work was done. I confidently replied that I understood the protocol and was sure that it wouldn't be a problem because Alex had confirmed with me that no work was done. However, someone at the shop told my financing agent that work had indeed been started - WHICH WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE! I'm involved in the car community and had scheduled shows that my sponsors wanted me to attend to show off the new look! However, that would no longer be happening. I now have to notify my sponsors to cancel these prepaid events as I am no longer able to attend with the new look that was promised, and was entirely paid for up front through Snap Finance. Upon arriving to pick up my SUV, Alex brought me my key fob and I asked him about the refund. He said that he now needs to return the material that he ordered and hope to get his money back. That is not a customer's responsibility for mismanagement. Because of all of this, I am now in the middle of a financial dispute. I was able to drive away with my SUV; however, I will NEVER return nor recommend to Wrap It Up and hope that no one else experiences what they put me through. read more

I called this place in order to get the chrome trim around my windows wrapped in gloss black. My experience at this business was poor. Firstly, when I called a few days before to make an appointment, the person I spoke on the phone with had given an estimate of 2 hours to get the job done. When I came the day of my appointment, they now said it would take 3 hours. The entire job ended up taking almost 6 hours from the time I dropped my car off at 9am to when I left their lot at around 2:45pm. During the length of this time I did not get a call for any updates regarding the delay of the job. I had to call twice to get any update, and each time they informed me that it would be delayed again. The quality of the work was overall poor. The wrap was not trimmed off properly at the ends which resulted in premature peeling off the next day. Some parts of the wrap were also trimmed too short, which exposes the chrome underneath. Some of the rubber seals around the windows were damaged during the course of this job, to which they did not inform me of this either. The price of the job was comparable to other shops I received a quote from, however it was a rip off considering the quality of the work. In addition, none of the staff were wearing masks or taking any COVID related safety precautions. The staff members I spoke to in person were all not wearing any masks even in close proximity to me. I highly do not recommend this place due to an overall lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and lack of customer service. read more

They informed me to take it in immediately and they fixed it. They also removed the decal from the front of the hood... Terrible, slow service. They don't pick up the phone (either via text or call) when you have an inquiry about your vehicle. There is a disconcerting feeling from them with not giving a **** about their customers. Their quality of their work and slow process with finishing their jobs shows. My car was left in the lot for 48hrs (unwrapped) until they "checked it out." Save yourself the nerves and money and go elsewhere. 60% of the staff there are unprofessional making personal calls and using profanity at their place of business.
