They installed new headlights on my Kia Sorento which was difficult because the entire front bumper had to be removed to do so. Other family members have gone to them with their cars and had excellent service also. I highly recommend Wrap it Up because they are professional, efficient, friendly and fast. read more

Best wrap shop in LA! The personalization, craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly unmatched. Since I've already used them 3x, I did a PPF on my current new car and it looks pristine! Alex and his brother are a great family business, as I tell all my friends about them They're patient, easy to work with, and of course the best at their craft! read more

I cannot recommend Alex and the Wrap It Up LA team highly enough. They wrapped my Audi and tinted the windows, and they did such an incredible job that I ended up bringing my friend's car in to get tinted, too. The team is incredibly straightforward, easy to work with, and they just do consistently awesome work. When it comes to this kind of service, you truly get what you pay for, and the quality of their work is worth absolutely every penny I paid. But don't just take my word for it--stop by their shop and take a look at the types of vehicles they have in there. Every single time I've gone in, they are working on very high-end luxury cars. For me, seeing those kinds of vehicles in their bays speaks volumes about the level of trust their client base has in them. If you want top-tier work from people you can trust, this is the place to go. read more

I can't recommend this place highly enough! I brought them my Tesla Model 3 to have a liquid wrap removed, a wrap that had been applied by a different shop and was incredibly difficult to take off because it had been sprayed deep into all the crevices. They managed to completely remove every last bit of it without causing a single scratch to the original paint beneath. The car looks brand new again. I had a great experience working with them and highly recommend you get any wrap services done with them. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this! read more

It was a pleasure to work with Wrap It Up La. The attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, accommodation, and the expertise they had made this experience amazing. They did a liquid wrap removal (which is incredibly challenging and rare) and replaced a front window. Brought my car for a detailing, installing a PPF then applying a fresh coat of Ceramic. After 3 days, the car came back looking amazing. There are no words to describe the amount of work and the quality of the work that went into it. It is simply a work of Art. Give them a try because you don't know what you don't know. P.S. Ask for the owner, Alex. He is honest and straight forward with his pricing. read more

Alex and the team did an amazing job on a tight timescale! I did a thorough search to find a few of the top people. Alex was very rapid to respond and with a great price (some others were over double for the same job!) and creative colour ideas. Booked me in quickly and did a truly amazing job in rapid time - including a very tricky louvre. Follow-up appointment cleared up a small number of tiny details. I can't recommend this business highly enough. read more

The partial wrap on my car had reached the end of its life and needed replacement. Alex and his crew responded quickly to my project request with a fair estimate and were able to perform the removal and rewrap quickly and efficiently. Alex is the best in the business hands down. Car wrapping can be a shady business but Alex is anything but that. His prices are beyond fair and his craftsmanship is second to none. This is the second car I have had him wrap and will continue to refer people and get my cars wrapped there. I would write more but I am too excited to drive my newly wrapped 7 series. read more

They aren't great, they're BEYOND great. Alex is the BEST! My husband is the kind of guy who does his homework and spends weeks looking for the right place before entrusting his baby with just anyone. He brought his very special race car in 3 years ago to do a clear wrap on it and it was perfect. I mean PERFECT... we're talking about a perfectionist when it comes to his cars and if the wrap is bad he won't just not go back, he will make sure it's done right. Alex had it right the first time and there were zero complaints from Mr. Fussy... in fact, he was smiling and bragging about the wrap job. Okay, here we are 3 years later with some motorcycle parts that need customizing for work. I cannot tell you enough how fabulous Alex is. My request was not standard, nor was it something he normally does. He was sweet as pie, totally flexible, easy to work with and got me my parts back in record time so I could make my photo shoot happen in time! I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his team. Literally, I love this place and he didn't just over deliver, he WAY over delivered... I was happy to settle for a quick and easy job that just got me the color change done as easy and quickly as possible.... but Alex wasn't having it. He went above and beyond what he promised and it was like he knew what I was secretly wishing for but didn't want to ask for because I felt like it would be too much trouble. If you want your car done right, just stop looking for someone else and go here. Good things take time, and Alex is the BEST of the best. He gives a s&*t about his customers, underpromises, over delivers, is fair and realistic with his pricing and I think he does business with a handshake just like our grandparents did. This is an honest guy with an honest business, and it's rare to find guys like him these days. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with him now, twice!! I need to go buy some more cars to give him more business because he's THE BEST! read more

Found Wrap It Up during a Google search and the 5-star reviews are spot on! I called late in the day on Friday, spoke with Alex who could not have been nicer. He suggested photos to save myself a trip across town in traffic and within a few minutes offered a quote which was incredibly fair. Dropped the van off on Monday morning to have the wrap removed which was on almost 80% of the van. Less than 24 hours later, not only did I had my van back with wrap removed, adhesive removed, van washed, and can you believe delivered to my friend's house close to their shop?! Emanuel and his colleague delivered the van and were so quick they arrived and left before I had the chance to meet up with them. They trusted me to pay via Venmo - one of the many payment options offered and also made this entire process remarkably easy and affordable. Thank you Alex, Emanuel, and team. You ALL deserve much more than 5-stars for the stellar service!!! read more

Alex and the team were awesome, definitely recommend. They were able to take my car same day and provided great quality and price.

Gave this business the benefit of the doubt to wrap my Range Rover despite the bad reviews but I should've went somewhere else. They broke one of the pillars of my car and they told me I had to wait 11 days to get a replacement. I couldn't wait that long so I went to go get the part myself which they did reimburse me for. Besides that, I did a close inspection when I got home and man, the wrap job they did was so messy. I'm truly disappointed and upset with this business. The owner Alex showed no compassion or guilt. They left many loose parts in my car due to excessive force from the wrap I'm assuming but they denied it. I REGRET taking my car here... it's going to cost me more to fix everything. read more

very tasty and nourishing! The large shawarma is 17$ and it is really large and hearty. The personnel is very friendly and doing their best!

If I could leave no stars, I would. If you need your vehicle wrapped, I would STRONGLY encourage you to stay away from this place. I reached out to this company via Instagram to inquire about a partial wrap on my SUV. The person handling the IG page was indeed responsive and friendly. I was told I could the work would be completed in 3-4 days, and that they had appointments available as early as Monday April 4. We came to an agreement on the color, design, and final quote. They immediately sent me a vague invoice just listing "partial wrap" and a price of $2,500. I signed the invoice electronically and we confirmed my appointment for Monday. In efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, I made arrangements for a rental car for the following week and was able to drop off my SUV on Saturday. On Tuesday, I got a phone call saying that the color I had originally requested was not available as it was out of stock. Alex proceeded to provide me with an alternative color that was the closest to the original color, and that was in stock. I googled the color while on the phone with him, and verbally agreed to move forward with the alternative option due to them not having the original in stock. Mind you, I was under the impression that the material in the color I originally requested was already in their shop. Later that evening, at about 6pm, I get a text message from Alex with a tracking number stating that my newly selected material would not be arriving until Monday April 11 - A WHOLE NEW WEEK! I immediately called him to get clarity on the situation, and all he could do for me was call local shops the following morning. On the following morning (04/06), I waited for an update: call or text, and nothing. I decided to text Alex at 10am and he said that he was unable to expedite the order that was already in transit from the day before, and that none of the local shops had anything in stock with the color I wanted. I proceeded ask him if anything had been done to my SUV since it was dropped off Saturday, April 2? His response was " No we can't do anything without the material." I was very disappointed. I immediately told Alex that this clearly isn't working out and that I wanted to cancel everything entirely. I requested to have the finance company be refunded in full as no services were completed via notification from Alex and that I pick up my SUV as soon as possible. I reached out to Snap Finance to inform them of the situation that I was dealing with. At this point, I wanted them to get their money back and find a new merchant to work with, instead of Alex and his team at Wrap It Up. The agent at Snap was extremely helpful and understanding. In efforts to close the loan account and get the full refund, the agent advised me that they needed to confirm that no labor/work was done. I confidently replied that I understood the protocol and was sure that it wouldn't be a problem because Alex had confirmed with me that no work was done. However, someone at the shop told my financing agent that work had indeed been started - WHICH WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE! I'm involved in the car community and had scheduled shows that my sponsors wanted me to attend to show off the new look! However, that would no longer be happening. I now have to notify my sponsors to cancel these prepaid events as I am no longer able to attend with the new look that was promised, and was entirely paid for up front through Snap Finance. Upon arriving to pick up my SUV, Alex brought me my key fob and I asked him about the refund. He said that he now needs to return the material that he ordered and hope to get his money back. That is not a customer's responsibility for mismanagement. Because of all of this, I am now in the middle of a financial dispute. I was able to drive away with my SUV; however, I will NEVER return nor recommend to Wrap It Up and hope that no one else experiences what they put me through. read more

Wrap It Up La - 2021 BMW 4 series Grill painted gloss black - Auto Customization Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I called this place in order to get the chrome trim around my windows wrapped in gloss black. My experience at this business was poor. Firstly, when I called a few days before to make an appointment, the person I spoke on the phone with had given an estimate of 2 hours to get the job done. When I came the day of my appointment, they now said it would take 3 hours. The entire job ended up taking almost 6 hours from the time I dropped my car off at 9am to when I left their lot at around 2:45pm. During the length of this time I did not get a call for any updates regarding the delay of the job. I had to call twice to get any update, and each time they informed me that it would be delayed again. The quality of the work was overall poor. The wrap was not trimmed off properly at the ends which resulted in premature peeling off the next day. Some parts of the wrap were also trimmed too short, which exposes the chrome underneath. Some of the rubber seals around the windows were damaged during the course of this job, to which they did not inform me of this either. The price of the job was comparable to other shops I received a quote from, however it was a rip off considering the quality of the work. In addition, none of the staff were wearing masks or taking any COVID related safety precautions. The staff members I spoke to in person were all not wearing any masks even in close proximity to me. I highly do not recommend this place due to an overall lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and lack of customer service. read more

The Wrap It Up team did a great job with a partial wrap on my Tesla Model Y. They did not have my color on hand (it's a very unique color) but quickly ordered it and promptly let me know when it came in. They completed the service in just a few hours.
