I was quoted $750 to tint all the windows, including the sunroof, on my new 2026 Tesla with 3M ceramic film. Unfortunately, the installation had multiple issues: *The front windshield showed visible damage (Photo A) noticeable from the driver's seat. *The sunroof was poorly installed with similar defects. *The headliner was soaked with dirty water, leaving permanent stains once dry. *One side window had a bubble with dirt trapped underneath. After raising these concerns, the owner agreed to redo the work. We decided to upgrade the front windshield to 3M Crystalline, and he assured me the installation would be flawless. However, weeks went by with no response until I mentioned posting a review. Only then did the owner reply and confirm he would order the tint. Following further delays, I returned for the reinstallation. This time, I was charged an additional $400 for the Crystalline film--even though the workmanship was again substandard, with scratches clearly visible from a distance (Photo B). While I was willing to share the cost if the work was properly completed, the result was still unacceptable. This business does not know how to properly tint windows. I regret trusting them with the first new car I have ever purchased. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Photos attached for reference. read more

if you're looking for a car wash for a Bang for your, buck this is the place!! I was looking at other car washes in the area and all were $70+!! I wanted just a exterior wash and interior clean not necessarily a detail and they got it done for me. Took about an hour, but there are plenty of shops and cafés to wait around in the area. Worst experience ever! Went here for an auto detail, they charged me $300 and chipped my paint with their buffer, ripped my door seal and knocked my sun visor off of its track while cleaning the headliner. They made me pay them via Venmo and didn't provide any receipt. I returned to complain and the guy Caren was surprisingly disrespectful and denied everything immediately saying "that's impossible!" before looking at it or asking his fellow employees if they were aware of the damage. He insulted me and said that my car was old and the damage was already there "come on bro, how old is this car?!" A question which was obviously irrelevant and no excuse for the poor service and damage done. (Keep in mind It's a 2015 CRV in great shape and I take pride in keeping it nice.) Classic case of negligence and poor management with zero accountability! They also had empty bottles of bourbon laying around their garage and office, and they were chain smoking cigarettes around the vehicles they were working on. I was very pleased with this car detailing experience. Being female, I am usually wary of an upsell when I pull into an auto shop. In this case I was immediately greeted by Ed when I pulled up to the parking lot. He explained what they were doing along the way, and pointed out a few issues I was not aware of. My car is somewhat old and beat up and has not been thoroughly cleaned inside for some time. They showed a great deal of attention to detail in getting things clean and shiny. It is as good as it can look for a 10+ year old car. The shaded, outdoor waiting area is comfortable and quiet. Excellent work and amazing service! Much kudos to Luka. I got chrome delete work done on my Audi S4. I got the front grill, side mirrors, side window trim, and rear diffuser bumper done. Everything was wrapped in glossy black and it made my car look so amazing! Many of my friends saw the before and after and can't believe how great it looks and how well the wrapping looked in my car (especially the grill where it has so many small and intricate details)! He even wrapped my side lights for no additional charge! Luka kept me up to date on the wrapping work during the whole process and even provided a car wash before I got my car back. After bringing over a car in dismal shape - years of disregard, carrying drunk people covered in sand back from the beach, transporting potted plants that would wobble with soil - these guys recovered what the owner called "the worst car I've seen in my ___ years of working" into something objectively clean, presentable, and respectable. I'd bought the "VIP Detail" on Groupon, agreed to add Interior Shampooing, and gave a tip (as one should). It was worth every dollar! Granted, the nooks and crannies still have hints of dust/dirt, but I didn't expect it to turn immaculate considering the time/price constraint & just how... bad... it had been. Seriously: the seats are now a different color. This is so embarrassing to share, but I feel I must, to let my fellow filthy car brethren know that there is a way out of shame!!! All or most of these five star ratings have to come from the auto detailing. DO NOT come here for window tint!!! I called about 4 weeks ago and spoke with Sam, made an appointment and went in to get my windows tinted. He was very nice and accommodating and with all of the five star reviews, I thought I was in good hands. We agreed on $60 for my driver and passenger side windows, including the two small triangular windows on each side. I have a 2014 Honda Civic EX. Gary(the owner or boss) showed me another car tint to help me choose a darkness. He appeared to be tired or stoned and ends up, he is the one who tinted my windows. There are many guys working here so I had no idea who was going to actually do my windows. The job took about 40 minutes, I was told not to roll the windows down for 2 days. I noticed some small bubbles that Sam told me would go away after about one week. A few days later when I was able to roll the windows down I noticed that the edges where they cut the film were very crooked. Then I noticed scratches and more bubbling. I called Sam he told me to bring the car back. When I drove all the way back ( I live in the San Fernando Valley), He told me that there was no one there who could re do my windows. He did inspect them and said "this is unacceptable" and apologized for the horrible job. I made an appointment to go back. The day I went back Sam was not there and neither was Gary, and another guy did my car. I think his name was Nico. Nice kid but did another bad job. One of my windows had a HUGE scratch across it and he had to RE DO for a third time. He also told me that the prior scratches on my window was not the tint, it was actually my window. This means THEY scratched my window on the first job because they were perfect before I came here. Ok, so he finishes the THIRD job, and AGAIN I see bubbles all through my windows. By this time I have had it with this place and tell him that I want my money back. Nico gets Gary on the phone, I spoke with him personally and he told me that If the bubbles didn't resolve in a few weeks that he would personally drive to the valley and refund me my $60 dollars. He said that the film needs time to "cure". Ok, fast forward it's now 4 weeks and the bubbles and scratches are still there. Instead of messing around with these flakes, I drove BACK today. I speak with Gary who Is completely high, red eyes and staggering. No wonder my car wasn't done properly the first time, this guy can't stay sober long enough and can't remember his lies. Today he tells me that my windows aren't going to be perfect, there will always be bubbles. And that it's not the windows that are scratched, it's the tint. What?? I asked for my money back and he only offered me $40.00. Because of the cost of "Materials that they wasted" on me. REALLY??? Like it's my fault that you are so stoned that you can't tint proper in the first place? I wasted my gas making 4 trips out there. I just took my money and got TF out of there. DO NOT COME HERE FOR TINT....I wouldn't even trust them to detail my car either if I were you. read more

They checked about other needs of the car (scratches, etc.) to see if I wanted to include those services. When the detailing was complete, everything that was done was explained.
