Did a quick search to find someone who could tint a set of French doors, because heat transfer had completely warped my gate - though the gate installer was happy to replace the panels for free, he told he it would be pointless unless I had the doors tinted first. Called today on a Sunday. Super convenient to have a business, let alone a tint shop open on a Sunday. I called around 11am today 11/26 and spoke to Brian. I asked if they could tint my car today, to which he said to bring at 1:30. Upon arrival at 1:30, I was helped by David. He explained the options and pricing. I ended up with the carbon tint that comes with a lifetime warranty. We did all windows & David and team executed perfectly. I did have to wait a while as I thought I had an appointment but still had to wait for the other vehicles that were already there to be completed. Not a big deal, good things take time. When the Tint Monster team started on my brand new 24' Camry, it didn't take long at all. They have a team of 4 all working on the car. It was done in about an hour. The job was flawless, the staff were friendly, and the price was fair. Time will tell how long it holds up. But I'll definitely be back with any future vehicles needing tint! Paid $750 for the IRX tint, their top of the line tint. The first time they applied the tint 4 out of the 5 windows had air bubbles. When I took it back the first time, they said they would fix it... they said they would replace all the windows. The 2nd time they applied the tint one of the windows still had air bubbles. I showed it to the manager before I left and he told me that was normal, it would be fine in a couple of days. I drove down to San Pedro for them to fix that window a 3rd time and they said it was normal for tint to have air bubbles and they were doing the best they could, no one is perfect. Instead of fixing the last window , the manager told me they would take off the tint and refund my money. Deal. Give me my money back so I can take my car to someone who can do the job right the 1st time. Owner came out while they were taking off the tint and blamed it on the weather. Lots of excuses, no accountability. On top of all that, they left a razor blade in the back seat of my car. I wasted 3 separate days messing with these guys. Don't waste your time like I did. They do crap work but charge premium prices. read more
