My new car has (for me) a very complicated radio setting system and the higher frequencies really hurt my ears. No matter how I adjusted the equalizer the radio and Spotify were really painful in the higher registers, and the midrange sounded tinny. It was suggested to me in my car's forum that I might need different speakers. Manuel spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and adjusting it. He also showed me the difference between basic tuning and advanced equalizer settings. He said my speakers were fine. His fee for all the time spent was beyond reasonable. I came back to have a dash camera with a hardwire kit that I bought from Amazon installed. Manny also helped out with a backup camera for a portable head unit. Because it is a newer German car, I was afraid to take it to just anyone because these cars can be temperamental with their electronics. Reviews looked good so I decided on JR distributions. A couple of days later I started having issues that were more than likely equipment related. I called JR Distributions and they told me to bring it in.
