I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience getting my car fixed by Izzy and his team topped my expectations tenfold! After getting into a horrible crash that my insurance isn't covering and getting quotes from multiple other places ranging between $5000-9000, I luckily decided to stop at Izzy's shop on a whim. Little did I know, that it was the best decision I could've made. Not only did Izzy and Betsy immediately get to work on assessing my car, they also were the most genuine people I've ever met and I had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to cars. They genuinely care about you as people and truly do try to give you the best price possible and all of that shows through their work and how they treat you. They were able to work with me within my budget and even though I just asked for my car to be safe to drive, they fixed it up better than it was before. It looks almost NEW + they helped buff out my scratches for free. When the car was returned to me, it had only been in the shop for three days - super fast turn around time. I got home and realized that my AC still wasn't working. Izzy immediately happily took my car back and returned it again within a day, fully fixed. With all things said and done, the total came out to be a little under $3K! The Toyota dealership would've taken FOREVER and would be 3-5x more expensive!! I had a really great experience with this shop! Someone hit my car while parked and the entire rear door had to be replaced! I had the car towed to new image on the weekend and they were super patient as I went back and forth between having the other driver pay cash to ultimately going through insurance. No attempts at rip off storage fees or anything! They really went above and beyond both in terms of service and the work on my car. They offered helpful advice about some weird stuff the other party was claiming about his insurance and were quick to respond to anything my claims adjuster needed. I WOULD NOT recommend going here. This place didn't complete the job my insurance company paid for in addition to my $2500 deductible. There are parts missing according to BMW dealership and my engine light is still on and wires are zip tied which is not a finished job. they refuse to complete the job-even after it took MONTHS for me to get my car back. Izzy has also confessed to insurance fraud and I have informed my insurance company and the BBB about this and they are currently investigating. I wouldn't trust this company with your car. I provided pictures of proof that they didn't finish the job and the owner of this establishment being unprofessional. read more

LIAR CHEATER CROOK would be the first few adjectives used to describe Izzy at New image auto. I was first introduced to Izzy by a mutual friend that stood by, and vouched for his work. I asked Izzy if he would be able to restore my old school Chevelle, with the utmost confidence he said yes. Before giving him the project we sat down and went over the timeline of how long you take to get ready and what it would need to get it to show room standards. He gave me a timeline of 6-9 months which I have in writing and 15,000 dollars. Once I got started with this project my mother got diagnosed with terminal cancer. I asked Izzy if you could make sure to get the car done in a certain amount of time because it means a lot to me once again he confirmed yes. He even would come to cedar Diane hospital to come pick up the money. After about a year and my mother passing I started to get on top of Izzy and see what was wrong with my car. He came up with every single excuse in the book from the engine having unexpected issues to rust. After 3 years of patiently waiting I was left with a car in worse condition then when I took it in. Engine didn't work Paint starting chipping within months after he promised me he used the best paint. After taking my car to a few other mechanics and all my concerns were confirmed he absolutely did nothing to my car except just take my money. I URGE ANYONE TO STAY AWSY FROM IZZY. His business ethics and morals are slim to none and the only thing he cares about is taking your money. Once it comes time to getting paid he will always answer your phone calls. But one it's time to get what you paid for you will never get a hold of him. You'll show up to the shop as he hides in the back and a secretary tells you he's not there. read more

My husband and I have been going to Izzy for over a decade now when we have the misfortune to need to. He and his shop are always excellent! This latest time, my Kia Rio had damage on the driver side from a fender bender. Not only did he handle that with ease, he also cleaned my lights so they look like new, fixed an issue with my door latch, and repaired my gas door without me pointing that out to him! My car was returned to me washed, waxed and with a vacuumed interior! Amazing customer service! He is responsive to calls, texts and emails. I always recommend his shop to friends or family. (This is for women looking to go to this shop ) I will say. he starts off very charming. how ever. his smile is definately to disarm and his work is completely dishonest. He kept my car for two months. Lied and said 10 days. while he may do another 2000 cars and do his best work just to keep the heat off of my tiny little review. I WILL SAY THIS IS FOR THE SINGLE WOMEN who believe in humanity and don't think they should have to bring other men or get other men involved to make a person respect or commit to what they say. this man kept my car months and said by law he can or he can just throw it together I can take it how it is. He stated he has other emergencies and I'm "lucky" I got it that quick. He worked on it probably 10 of those days. all the extra work he said he was gonna do he did probably 35% of it. intentionally removed my custom lights and basically told me to bring someone up there to "handle him" if I had a problem or do it myself since I think "I'm bad". I didn't sign up for this. I just wanted to have my car fixed. if you don't wanna do something just say no. don't lie and then intentionally mess up the job at the end just because you can. I'm not interested in seeing a jail cell over a car. and my insurance company is righting his wrong. the paint job he did was terrible. and I know it was intentionally personally an attack on me since I shared a bit of my history. which had nothing to do with him. when I had a bad day he asked me to share. so I guess to make him self look more masculine. there is a really big Hispanic guy who literally would mad dog me every time I came. I guess as an intimidation tactic. This man did the most half a** paint job literally there was still metal that needed painting. He pretty much lied and then punked me and basically said "do something about it". his favorite line is "love". I'm confused still how ever I am extremely ill and don't have the energy to battle with such an evi spirit or person. i had literally two claims. Over 8500 in total. Its so sad that people victimize those they see are less fortunate then them. read more
