You know this is one thing that I hate to do. I hate to leave a bad review for anyone that I've ever done business with. Because somehow I always feel like it reflects on my better judgment! So I always takes me a while especially when something stays in my gut like this one. I saw an ad for a seven series BMW. Drove from San Diego up to Santa Ana talk to a guy named Juan, who told me that the car was in perfect condition that Mike had purchased it for his wife, but there were too many bells and whistles on the car and she just wanted something simpler for herself. So I went up to take a look at the car and I actually liked it. so I proceeded to buy the car and then going through the paperwork and talking about the Carfax. He said oh by the way the car has been in an accident! He said, but no airbags were deployed so it was extremely minor. But just the fact that he waited so long to tell me that when he could've told me that over the phone was I thought underhanded! Then he told me that if I change my mind within three days it will cost me $255 to return the car. I was OK with that. There was however an after purchase fix it item that really has bothered me since I bought the car. And it had to do with a rippling effect of part of the roof molding on the car. So two or three weeks went by after I purchased the car and I called him and I said hey, you guys are supposed to fix this! they told me that every time that they had ordered the part it came as the wrong size twice. And I said well I'm sick and tired of waiting. I'll just order it and get it done here and you can reimburse me. Well, that's when the bottom line came about. The guy Juan told me that I was supposed to pay him another $375 for the cost of the contract. I said you never told me about that, he said I forgot to tell you about it because this is the first time I've sold a car. I usually sell trucks. But in order for us to fix the roof molding you're gonna have to come up with the $375 for the cost of the contract. I said we're talking about two separate things, the cost of the contract should have nothing to do with your agreement with me to fix the roof molding on the car. So in my opinion, there is some underhanded dishonest dealings going on there! Beware, and ask a lot of questions, and get everything in writing! and just to give, whoever is reading this a heads up, this dealership is going to write a response to this to somehow justify their behavior! The truck has been in and out of the dealer, in house mechanics and ford specialist and the issue has yet to be resolved. If I was rich I would tip this guy Rigo he was very professional and answered all my questions over the phone. I flew out there and he had almost all my paperwork completed. Warning! These guys sell lemons. I just purchased a truck and was told that it was in tip top shape. " look at the Carfax ". I should have got the clue when I saw a lady there complaining about the Mercedes she just purchased, due items not working. I bought this truck cash. I also purchased their insurance which doesn't have the coverage they claimed. I am currently seeking advice from a lawyer. These guys will make you sign paperwork that is in their best interest. In other words. If you want the car. Then you have to waive all your rights. You have better options on Craigslist. I should have listened to myself. Today was the second time visiting Uncle Mike's. On the first visit we spoke with a nice gentlemen who seemed very honest and humble. We checked out the vehicle from the outside and asked him how long it had been sitting at the lot. He said a couple months. We thanked him and advised him that we'd return at a later time. Later that day, we returned and were greeted by another dealer, who claimed to be Uncle Mike's nephew, who was VERY VERY RUDE. We asked if we can see the inside of the truck. We popped the hood to check the fluid levels and noticed it had no water, so we decided to ask him how long the truck had been at the lot. He said 3 weeks. We told him that the last dealer said a couple months. He immediately became triggered and said we were asking him trick questions, and told us we could not purchase the vehicle, as he walked away! Such bad customer service. Being a buyer you'd expect honesty and if he thinks we were tricking him, then he obviously is not being honest with the customers. read more

This place sold me a truck, I got it financed no problem, turns out truck was filled with problems, it was leaking anti freeze, had to replace water pump, not only that I had to replace front ball joints that cost me 1000 dollars and had to put on new brakes.. I took it back to the dealer before so they could fix it.. the owner mike drove it around the block and said it was fine... lol.. crazy, I wouldn't recommend buying a truck from them unless your willing to pay for damages that cost you more plus your loan.. if this was a real estate business it would be fine to sell something you could fix, at least it would appreciate in value, but in this case I wouldn't recommend this place I was very unhappy with the service they lied to me and said they were already losing money on the truck buy selling it to me.. they are wolves in sheeps clothing be carful with moe he's the worse.. very smart man but very shady.. he wouldn't do you any favors expect sell you a truck that cost you serious repairs..
