This is the 2nd time I've bought from QNQ. 1st time around, 2 years ago, I had felt like they were being honest with me. They were more than okay with me getting a pre-purchase inspection, and took care of some issues I saw. Elizabeth was great, fair and wasn't trying to sell me a vehicle I didn't want. I hate salesman tactics, and was glad she hadn't. There were no hidden fees, just the standard taxes and registration. After the purchase, the car was great quality. Come around to now, for my 2nd purchase, maybe a small amount of salesmanship from someone but overall they were nice and way better than you'd get at a toyota, honda, etc dealer. I just want to say I came to this dealership to buy a van for my job bought it did all the paperwork and drove the van home and it gave me a transmission issue the first day so I sent it back to get fixed and they said they fixed it but it did the same problem when we took it back home so we keep on taking it it back to the dealership to get fixed and they were saying they could figure out the problem but they new they were selling a messed up car and I wasn't really mad as long as they fixed It but they couldn't so I'm just returning this van back after coming back to this dealership for the 7 th time I'm very disappointed and this dealership is very unprofessional and lazy I do not recommend this dealership to anyone cause there cars might all be like this one read more

When we originally purchased the car I was super pleased with how quick the process was and really pleased with the customer service however when it came time to pick up the vehicle there were several things noted and when the concerns were raised the mechanic was very annoyed and was yelling at one of the associates We were told to bring the vehicle back on Monday since it was Saturday and they were unable to do any mechanical work We drove home and within 24 hours the check engine light was on. Took it to a local mechanic that we trust, reached out to the dealer and they were quick to respond and encouraged me to bring the vehicle back in so we did They advised me that the "evaporative purge valve" had been replaced and TPSM issue was fixed. Went to pick up the car and again check engine light was back on within 48 hours so we took it back to our mechanic who showed us the work had been poorly done and that a line had been taped (quick fix) and that the evap system integrity module detector was broken. This was very dissapointing but not surprising after the way the mechanic from the dealership had acted when concerns were first raised. Overall I appreciated the assistance provided by Qaisar and still happy with our vehicle even though we've already had to invest quite a bit of money for repairs just hoping nothing else comes up ... I was shopping around for a Cargo Van. I found that they had a Nissan NV200 for sale. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Elisabeth and she was friendly and very informative about the vehicle. So I decided to come down from orange county to do a test drive on the vehicle. It needed a small alignment but nothing major. No questions asked. The owner Qaisar stepped up and made sure what I asked was taken care of and got it done. It's normal that a used car will need an alignment even a new one over time. It's part of maintenance when replacing tires. Overall my experience was superb. I was looking for a specific Hummer h2 when I ran across one at QnQ auto group. It was priced well with low miles so I called first to see if it was still available. I got an answer right away and the man that answered was very polite and helpful. When I arrived the next day I worked with Elizabeth. She's straight up business; knowledge about the Hummer, very pretty but with zero slimy type charm. She checked my drivers license and let me take the truck on a test drive. Everything was near perfect except one of the windows came off it's track. Elizabeth took a nice chunk off the sticker price, had the window fixed and delivered the Hummer by flatbed truck to my house which is 36 miles away from the dealership. This was an easy cash transaction and everything went smoothly. I had the truck inspected immediately after delivery and the only thing that was replaced was a $98 oil pressure sensor. It's been a week now and everything is cool. My experience with QnQ was positive; nothing hidden, no fees etc, and Elizabeth showed me a written breakdown of every dollar. Thank you for the great deal. We just bought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade and couldn't be more happy with it. I had my fingers crossed the whole time while I made this deal, so many car dealers are scammers. But these people were honest and open up front. There was a little bit of disappointment from the promises made at the first visit but overall, we know we got a good deal. I put some miles on it since I drove it off the lot, and it's a bad boy. I found the previous owners maintenance records with the owner's manual, they did everything they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it. So I know it was pampered and well taken care of. Also the price is up front, there were no silly add-ons like security, etc. Plus, something I was never aware of until now, e85 fuel is $3 a gallon. She wasn't paying attention to my questions and she was extremely INDIFFERENT!!! Like really you don't care?? Or did you assume I didn't have excellent credit and $5K on the spot ready to buy?? Horrible!!!!!! I drove off the lot and my car kept jerking every now and then when I would brake. I took it back it ended up being my transmission they said it was common for this model to have issues with the transmission. They claimed they rebuilt it. A year later my car was jerking so hard it almost shut off while I was on the freeway. I took it to the shop 3 motor mounts needed to be repaired and my transmission was done. Come to find out they did the bare minimum and used 1k from my insurance. I had to pay almost 2k out of pocket to get it fixed meanwhile I was still making payments on the car. Smh!! Only to find the trucks were dirty and very "used".We came across an ad on car gurus for a 2015 double cab. It was a welcome sight that this truck was very clean inside and out. I was advised not to purchase a vehicle right now because prices were horrible, but our second vehicle died and we had no choice. We run our own business and a second vehicle is crucial. I found a gorgeous Gun Metallic Nissan Titan online at QNQ. It was priced nearly 4k lower than some other locations. The other vehicles were also more than 50-60 miles away requiring an entire day to dedicate to a car search. QnQ is minutes from my home. I called ahead to confirm it was still in stock. When I arrived I was greeted by Malik, the same gentleman I spoke to on the phone. There were so many nice trucks there, I was immediately distracted and started to look at RAMS and GMC. Malik located the Titan, pulled it from the line-up, and placed me behind the wheel. He then reminded me of the needs I explained to him over the phone and kept me focused. Another salesman would have upsold me something more expensive I really did not need. I was taken into the office immediately after the test drive. We met with Qaisar and asked him about financing. With just a few clicks and one call, he got us approved at a lower rate than our preapproval from another lender. His process was so streamlined we were done in an hour. If I had worn the proper reading glasses it would have taken even less time. I've purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime and have often been with friends and relatives during a purchase. I bought my 2019 car at the end of summer. Was told there were no accidents, and that my oil was changed by the dealership with full synthetic oil and it would not need to be changed for a long time. I noticed that paint was rough all around the car, but I fixed that with a clay bar and rubbing care. A couple weeks ago, I applied a little painters tape on the front bumper to touch up a spot under the bumper and protect the upper paint. When I pulled off the tape, some paint came off from the top of the bumper. I took it to a professional auto painter with 25 years experience. One look and he told me the bumper and hood had been re-painted. I dropped more money to have it painted right.Quite a surprise! Had a feeling to change the oil and filter today, and was told the oil that was in the car was not full synthetic. Nice, cannot wait to find other surprises. read more
