I picked up my 2026 CRV today. Super smooth experience. I arrived at 5:20 after work, and because my rep Joseph King was already gone for the day, I went to the cashier office to pay the balance which was $1600 to replace the front struts and shocks, including the charge for alignment and labor. The drive home was super smooth--the shocks work great! While I waited for my car to be pulled up to the driveway, I explored the showroom floor again and took a photo of a sky blue two-door Honda Prelude, with its current specs and price. I personally prefer 4-door cars over 2-door ones, perhaps because I prefer being higher above ground, having more space to transport people, and also because a bigger car seems safer. But even I can admit that it looks cool . The red type R Honda Civic managed to look snazzy too though, so between the two I'd hypothetically choose that one. What do you think? Wasted an entire day of mine. My time is money. Went in for a Honda CR-V priced at 27,989, 80k miles. I was ok with it. It was fully loaded. Figuring I'd pay around 31-32k out the door. NOPE. Out the door, $37k plus some hundreds. Said there were $5400 in add ons already on the car. Wouldn't budge on price. They get you in there promising you one price and then have you begging for that price when you get there. Not a good business model. "All dealerships do it" he said when I asked why the add ons were over 5k (which is crazy high for add ons anyway) and not included in the sticker price. They wanted $37000 for a used hybrid crv at 80,000 miles. Unbelievable. Lesson of the day: add 6k in dealer fees to their sticker prices. Which will all be way higher when you get there anyway. Then calculate tax, license, and paperwork fees. It's a bait and switch, and should be illegal. I spent 3 hrs there. I can't get this time back. THEY ALSO RAN MY CREDIT DESPITE ME TELLING THEM I WAS PRE APPROVED WITH MY BANK. They LIED to me when they said they needed my info to connect me to the loan from my bank. This was my experience at Metro Honda. We Made an appointment and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out. We Test drove a car, and our sales person was generally quiet, and on their phone while we kept up the conversation. Upon trying to negotiate for this car which we were eager to purchase, the dealership would not honor the on-line pricing we saw on a website and were unwilling to come even close to blue book value. They kept pushing for some "protection package they had installed in this preowned car". After leaving the dealership with no sale I called Joel to know if they would reconsider. Not only do they have you waiting quite a while before taking your car in for service, but they also failed to double-check something as simple as an oil change. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. My car is only 1 year and 4 months old. A few days later, warning alerts started flashing saying my engine oil was low and to stop driving immediately. I was on the freeway and had to exit right away. Since it was a Saturday, I had my car towed home, then on Monday towed back to Metro Honda. My husband is a mechanic and knows his way around cars, but because this is a 3-year lease that I plan to buy out, we wanted the dealership maintaining it properly. It turns out the service department didn't tighten the oil pan bolt and also failed to install the washer/seal, so ALL of the oil leaked out of the car. How does something like this happen at a dealership? Their service department should be experts on these vehicles, especially for basic maintenance like an oil change. My husband was so upset -- not only because of the poor workmanship, but because I could have been put in serious danger. Luckily my kids weren't with me. He said I could've blown the engine. He even asked to inspect the car in the service garage before and after the repair to make sure it was actually safe to drive off the lot again. To their credit, they gave us two complimentary oil change certificates for the inconvenience. But after this experience, I honestly don't know if I trust bringing my car back there for service. Oh also, the tow truck driver from company A who brought my car home, told me he had 4 calls in the last 3 months with the same issue from Metro Honda. The tow truck driver from company B who took my car to Metro Honda told me he had 3 calls in the last month with the same issue. They both were like, "ohhh.. Metro Honda.." My sister did a bunch of research for her 2026 Honda CRV so she came in knowing what she wanted and actually only wanted to test drive today. She was initially guided by a sales associate who I forgot his name but he ended up leaving her to look on her own. Ivan who approached me when I arrived showed me around since I am shopping for a Type R. Ivan then walked me around to find my sister and ended up helping us test drive and eventually closing on my sister's car. In and out in 2 hours since they got us the number we wanted even though we were looking to buy elsewhere later this weekend. I really appreciate how nice, respectful, and helpful Ivan was and how many times he walked back and forth up the stairs to get us keys and paperwork. I was explicitly instructed to sit and wait while an Uber was being arranged for me. Trusting the information provided by your staff, I remained where I was told to wait. More than 30 minutes passed without any update, communication, or indication that there was an issue. When I explained the issue to the shuttle driver, he claimed that he had already told me to speak with the cashier. That statement is simply untrue. Being told that I was informed of something that was never communicated to me only compounded an already poor experience. My schedule was disrupted, my plans were affected, and I was left sitting and waiting because of a preventable communication failure. They say these are all optional add-ons but they refuse to deactivate or take them off. It seems they will negotiate down about $2,000 and take off what they can (their words) but I did not want any of it. Fortunately, the experience took a completely different turn once we moved forward in the dealership. We met Lavelle, the assistant manager, who was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. He took the time to make sure we were taken care of and introduced us to Marcus, who ended up working directly with my daughter. Marcus did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process while we waited and made sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. He also took the time to go on the test drive with her and answer all of her questions. When it came time to finalize everything, we met with Armando in finance. He did all of this before he finally told me the out the door price, which had an EXTRA $4000 of add-ons that I never asked for. Then he showed me the extra fine print that says there are add- ons. The listing was for $11585, and the loan documents were for over $20000, that is almost twice the listing price. To help placate me, he tried to deal down the costs of the add ons to $2000. Because of this experience, we documented everything and filed complaints with consumer protection agencies, including consumer affairs, the DMV, and the BBB, so the pricing practices can be reviewed. I do not recommend coming here if your service consultant is Kareem Sourial. He lacks training and knowledge on how to handle notifications or have any idea of how long it takes for services. Kareem says that only certain services should be done on the weekdays. He clearly doesn't understand that people have kids and a full time job. I had a scheduled appointment and he tried to tell my husband that the parts to repair weren't at the shop (which they were because the service tech called me 2x prior to scheduling the appointment that they were in). Then he told my husband car would be ready at 1:30pm but texted me at 12:37pm that the car was ready for pickup. He later texts at 2pm when I'm 5min away to pickup my car that it would not be ready until 3:30pm now. He tried to blame an automatic system for notifying me when my car wasn't ready when it was in fact him who sent the message. He later proceeded to blame the consultant I was originally signed up with, who isn't even working today. He said that certain repairs like faulty seatbelt sensors shouldn't be scheduled on a Saturday. This guy needs more training if he has a title of "consultant". read more

So I took time out of my day to go look at a used car they had listed for $23,000. When I arrived, they made me wait and then sent out a salesperson I didn't even have an appointment with. Trying to be understanding, I went along with it. We looked at the car, and I immediately noticed the window sticker showed a price of $27,000. The salesperson saw me looking at it and said, "Boss, I just want to show you that we added these dealer upgrades, and that's why it's $27,000." That was a major red flag for me. I told him I wasn't interested in any dealer add-ons. He left, came back a few minutes later, and asked if I had any "wiggle room" on the price. I told him no. Then he asked what I was willing to pay--another common sales tactic. My response was simple: "I can't be both the buyer and the seller." This was a 2022 Ford sitting on a Honda dealer's lot, and it had already been there for 76 days. I was ready to make a deal, but I wasn't about to pay over $30,000 for a used Ford at a Honda dealership. A few minutes later, another gentleman came over and introduced himself as the sales manager. You know the routine. He showed me a dealer KBB printout claiming the vehicle was worth $29,000. I understand dealers pay for pricing tools, but they always seem to focus on the highest possible value instead of a fair deal. They said they would run everything by the internet manager and get back to me. At that point, I took my family and left. To their credit, they offered to fill up my gas tank for making the trip. But then he told me the disclosure was buried in the fine print underneath the internet listing. Come on. The dealership owner talks a lot about transparency. If you're truly transparent, you don't hide a $4,000 price increase in fine print while advertising the vehicle for $23,000 in big, bold numbers. Real transparency would be putting that information right next to the advertised price in the same size font for everyone to see. Advertising a vehicle for $23,000 and then explaining that it's actually $27,000 because of dealer add-ons once the customer arrives isn't transparency. I went to this Dealership to get engine and transmission oil changed. Arrived at 2:30 pm and I even appolgised for arriving ten minutes early. The service Advisor told me that it will take about one and a half to two hours. I sat down patiently till 5:0pm (over 2:30 hours later) and went and asked the Advisor and agreed to go and check. Came back at 5:10pm and told me the car will be ready soon. He came to me at 5:40pm and said it's ready. It took another ten minutes to take my money and give me the paperwork. When he did not give me the report only he went to the computer and got that for me. The car was not washed as mentioned by the lady whom I made the appointment. I am sorry to say that it took THREE HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES for something they should have taken one hour. I feel even two stars is more than I should give for the very poor service. read more

What a disappointment. I went to this dealership last night with a preapproval and was fully prepared to purchase a car at the advertised online price. Instead, I was turned away because they refused to sell the vehicle unless I agreed to purchase at least $1,500 worth of add-ons. The only thing we were interested in discussing was including--or at least discounting--a second key, since the car only came with one. We were not asking for anything unreasonable. We had financing ready and money in hand. If you're someone who expects the online price to be honored and doesn't want to be pressured into unnecessary extras, this is not the place for you. The first time my husband went back and they said they would put a new piece because they just happened to have one in stock. He went back for another oil change and sure enough they left it unsecured again and when he went back they said they have to zip tie it and as a result the front part of it is all messed up underneath and now it needs to be replaced. The first thing is that they claim to have a $1500 trade in bonus. They make it seem like they are offering $1500 over any other offer. But when pressed for details, they are claiming that they are willing to pay $1500 more than they typically would. There is no way to verify this and I consider this to be dishonest or at least misleading. Next , they told me that they work on appointment only. They were pressing me to make an appointment. I have never heard of a major car dealer that doesn't take walk in's. Then I asked by text if they have add-on's to the used car prices above and beyond their advertised price. I didn't get a response so I had to call the next day to get an answer. I was told that they add $5480 to the used car prices for an alarm, paint protection, fabric protection and stolen car locator. I consider this to be dishonest too. Add-on's should be included in the advertised price. On their website, they do show an $85 doc fee so I can't think of a reason to leave off the add-on's other than to mislead and disguise their real price. I then asked if these were mandatory or optional. I was told they are mandatory but he would check with the manager to see if any of them could be optional. No hello, no "my name is..." just a little attitude and a "are you here for an Acura?" Young man, can we fully finish parking first!!!? The rest of the conversation went sideways quickly when he wanted an answer fast on what we were looking for and kept saying naming every car we walked by with the utmost attitude as if we were wasting his time. We show up and buy whatever we like on the lot because we've been lucky with this strategy. No super searches-just pick one and go! We went to another Honda and are now waiting to finalize a deal with some professionals. Sales personnel are a representation of the company. At first when I was purchasing a car the service was exceptional we close the deal and it was all great! I went back to get my windows tinted and it all change, I wanted the 5% all around they ran out so they just put whatever they had available without contacting me to see if that was ok. I had to go back to get it tinted again this time they took longer because they had to remove the previous tint, I got offer to get my tanked filled up if it would of been empty it would of been at least 70$ but I didn't use much gas so I just asked if I may get a discount on the all weather Matt's for the car and all they offered was a 20%. I honestly thought they would have at least honored the 70$ that they had offered to fill my tank. At this point they didn't care much they had already sold me the car so everything else didn't matter to them anymore. read more

Sadly had a very shady experience. I went in to look at a used 2021 Rav4 Hybrid LXE advertised at $26,348. I did all the calculations ahead of time for the taxes, registration, documentation fees, so I knew what I would have to pay in total. However, the dealership said they could NOT sell me the vehicle at that price. That their policy required I purchase enough add-ons to increase the total to match or exceed the Fair Market Value. Which means the registration and taxes would be higher as well. So it was false-advertising. Plain and simple. I read over the policy, and nowhere did I find wording that would suggest they HAD to sell a used vehicle at the Fair Market Value or higher. Buyers beware! Do not give in to such deceptive tactics and shady business practices. Demand better. read more

I walked in ready to buy a car but was ignored. Finally when someone did approach me, the young man seem disinterested to discuss prices with me. Being that I was ready to purchase the car I had researched for over 6 months, I kept asking him to give me more information on the out the door price. To this he responded that the price of the car was the price on the window sign. He then proceeded to tell me the car had additional parts that had been added by the dealership and that's why the cost of the car had increased. Don't get me wrong, I understand the dealership has to make money but I didn't ask for those extra additions. I just wanted the cars price without those additional costs. He told me that was not happening. Then he said the cost was already set. I asked him for a printout of that price which he refused to give me. I left the dealership and drove to Rock Honda in Fontana and that same day purchased the vehicle I wanted. No hassles no complaints. I will never take my business or recommend Metro Honda again. read more
