    The Best!! Very trustworthy and honest!! I bought a 19 year old car and they sent me videos and pictures every time I asked them to and there were so many. They were always friendly and prompt. I arranged an independent mechanic to inspect the car and they delivered the car to the garage the same day I asked!! I received my car and she is Beautiful!! Thank you I will be back!!

    I bought a beautiful 2009 BMW M5 last week. Unfortunately the vehicle had developed a couple of problems (these things happen sometimes with used vehicles). I called Mina to share my woes and to my surprise he offered to pay for the majority of the repairs. Now that is service!! Used cars especially German cars will occasionally break down. But the used car dealer having your back is rare. I so strongly recommend this dealership. 5 Stars again!!

    I bought a 2013 Subaru BRZ from Mina and it was a good experience. This dealership stocks a range of enthusiast/interesting sports cars as well as more pedestrian vehicles, which was cool. The BRZ was a reasonable price - we agreed on a cash price and then I went to Wells Fargo for a cashiers check for the exact amount and we got the deal done. The car has had no surprises so far. I'd recommend this place if they have a car you're interested in!

    Mina made my birthday a memorable one for sure! After wasting time at other used car dealerships being disappointed when you discover the pictures on their websites don't match the current condition the car is in when they present it to you. Not at Minas, here they do a good job making sure they show all the deatils of the vehicle inside and out and you can even call them to ask for more photos if you need for your viewing pleasure. I looked at 5 other cars until I found the cleanest 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport out there here at Minas and knew I had to take it home with me. Felix was great and attended me quick as soon as I arrived on their lot. After examing the inside and out and before I could ask for a test drive, Felix asked if I was ready to take it for a spin. After the test drive I was even more convinced this car had to be mine! This is where Henry came in to help me with the loan process. Henry was very patient working with me and made sure I recived the best possible interest rate out there and even gave me some good advice to use in the future. He was very clear about all the details and made the loan application process smooth and easy. It's an amazing feeling to see that after all the disappointments with all the cars I checked out prior and all the hours spent driving to different cities from Chula Vista to Mission Hills searching for a nice Lexus GS 350 F Sport and losing a little hope as far as finding one by my birthday, to be able to seal the deal ON my birthday with this beautiful white w/ black interior 2016 Lexus GS 350 F Sport. He took his time to prescreen, finding out what I wanted, not what was convenient for him. I gave him specifics, and he said his sales rep would call. Adrian Jr. called, and we finalized everything over the phone. He listened to everything I had to say. They worked their magic; after hearing my questions, he answered them all without negativity or saying "can't," which is huge when making a big purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, Adrian Jr. immediately greeted me and showed me my new truck, which was ready to go. Adrian, the general manager, came out to thank me and greet me as well. I received a positive vibe and a smile the entire time. Once we sat down, I was expecting a change before putting pen to paper. BUT NOT WITH THEM!! Everything was as we had agreed upon! They never attempted an upsell. Yuri, in finance, was absolutely awesome. She knew every detail and verified the numbers. She made sure everything matched and corrected any mismatches without hesitation. She never forced upgrades or upcharges. She informed us of options, explained the pros and cons, and our decisions were made without pressure. The experience was the best, from phone etiquette to customer service - top-notch! We were blessed to get our new truck from Mountain View, and we will recommend Adrian Jr. and Yuri to anyone looking for a vehicle. The drive home was super smooth--the shocks work great! While I waited for my car to be pulled up to the driveway, I explored the showroom floor again and took a photo of a sky blue two-door Honda Prelude, with its current specs and price. I personally prefer 4-door cars over 2-door ones, perhaps because I prefer being higher above ground, having more space to transport people, and also because a bigger car seems safer. But even I can admit that it looks cool . The red type R Honda Civic managed to look snazzy too though, so between the two I'd hypothetically choose that one. What do you think? Come on down to the Metro Honda dealership if you are looking into a new car--one of these could be yours.

Upon trying to negotiate for this car which we were eager to purchase, the dealership would not honor the on-line pricing we saw on a website and were unwilling to come even close to blue book value. They kept pushing for some "protection package they had installed in this preowned car". After leaving the dealership with no sale I called Joel to know if they would reconsider. Never got a call back. Just unserious and poor customer service. I shopped for many cars, and this is one of the worst experiences in terms of negotiating. No reasonable counter offers, no sale.     The salesman was quite nice but it's "dealer policy" to add $1600 worth of "mandatory" paint and…read moreinterior protection to the advertised price of used cars (a practice the FTC has recently warned is illegal). I was there to see a high mileage car, this was well over 10% of the value of the vehicle, so the advertised price was meaningless. They offered to remove some of it (but still weren't willing to sell the car for the advertised price), also weren't willing to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't enamored enough with the car to make those concessions. Edit to add: I was specifically told that the added items were mandatory and they would not take the entire price off. The "dealing" started at $1600 over the advertised price (on a $13000 car) and they brought it down to about $500 over the advertised price, while telling me that I was actually getting a deal because the addon package price was going up to over $2000. This car had 107K miles on it, I was not looking to buy a paint protection package. I was told they price the vehicles low to "be at the top of the search" and then add the added items to bring the price up to what they are willing to sell the car for. This is explicit false advertising. This wasn't a miscommunication, the deal sheet was quite clear and I was told they would not go any lower. If they were willing to sell the car for the advertised price I would have written a check on the spot. They also declined to allow me to leave a deposit so I could have a mobile mechanic come for a PPI, and while they offered to sell me a 3 day option to return for $250 they also said if I did need to return it there would be a restocking fee of "at least $500." I kind of laughed at the idea that if a mechanic found a major issue their inspection missed they'd charge us more money.

The interaction with them even before walking in was super respectful and they were very patient because I couldn't sell right away. But even though they weren't there when I walked in, their colleague Danny helped me out with the deal and he was as great as Mohammed and Hazem. They do real inspections of the car. And when they come back, they show you pictures of the problem. And they tell you an offer. I asked if they can do more and they did budge a bit more but couldn't get close to the original $21k offer due to two issues I wasn't aware of (so that's very respectable). they also didn't significantly drop their offer NOR did they make it sound like you had a trashy car , just because of the two issues (one with the tire and leaking axel ). The process is easy. 45 min inspection. Paperwork took another 30 mins, negotiating can increase your time there. You sign all the documents to allow them to do the dmv paperwork. And don't worry if you have a lien on your car, they do the math and cut you the check based on what you owe and they handle it with your lender. They are very friendly and super nice. The facility is super clean and welcoming. They had the TVs set to the World Cup matches.

I'm a very understanding and patient customer, but when it's consistently hours past your appointment, it becomes frustrating. I'd say if you schedule any service here, don't plan anything else for the day because you'll likely be waiting a long time. It's better to come expecting a full-day wait. The staff is nice, and I do appreciate the service advisors, but I'm just being honest about the wait times.
