I felt better about my purchase because the vehicle I selected had every service done at a Lexus dealer according to the carfax. - The test drive process was very easy, he made a copy of my drivers license and off I went with Felix the sales associate. Felix was very knowledgeable and professional. I was allowed to take my time but also test the power of the vehicle. - I opted to finance with the dealer and it was great , the owner fought for me over the phone to get the best rate with my 670 credit score. He finances with Ally bank the largest auto lender in the US. - I was allowed to do a pre inspection with an independent repair shop or service department before purchasing that was made clear to me. Mina made my birthday a memorable one for sure! After wasting time at other used car dealerships being disappointed when you discover the pictures on their websites don't match the current condition the car is in when they present it to you. to start off this dealership is the worst dealership I ever experience. when test driving one of there cars they asked me to not floor the car, they were really strict on that. I thought that was really sketchy. it made me think, what could they be hiding that they won't let me test the engines power. it just puts me in a position where i don't know what I'm buying. i then do the test drive and I ask if they are willing to do a accept my car as a trade in. my car is the exact same car as the one i was interested in buying, same mileage, same transmission same year, same everything just a lower trim level. The manager looked at my car and everything and gave me a trade in offer of 12k while the car I'm interested is selling for 24k sticker price (before fees and stuffs). That is a 12k difference just For a different trim level. I also Kelly blue booked their car they are selling and it's valued at 19k at MOST!! So don't bother wasting your time at this dealership. We just completed the purchase of a 2014 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. It is my 18 year-old son's first truck, and he did extensive research to find exactly what he wanted. Long story short, our experience was excellent! To summarize in brief, the staff at this dealership is extremely polite, courteous and professional. We took the truck to a local mechanic (Joel's), who preformed a 69 point inspection. With the exception of a broken taillight, which Mina's already agreed to repair before the inspection, the other 68 points were perfect. This is testament to their claim that they only sell vehicles that are up to snuff. In addition the above, we financed through them, which I typically would not do at a used car lot. We gave them a chance to find us a good rate with me (with excellent credit) and my son (with no credit) as co-signers. To our surprise, they presented us with a 4.49% rate.
