Fast service great quality work pretty cheap in my opinion and you don't have to waste too much time at the DMV I'd rather pay a fee it's worth it quick and easy read more

Ladies and gentlemen don't go to this place unless you want bad service. The women in the first desk I think she is the business owner she was rude and unprofessional she had an attitude when asked questions she was not explaining what she was doing didn't explain the reason for needing my drivers license . Her dress attire was so unprofessional jeans and a crop top. Replying back to you The only reason my husband raised his voice . He heard the way you were being rude to me . Fyi you don't ever need anyone's permission to take someone photo. If I were you I would take this as a learning experience.Maybe you shouldn't work with people. read more

Very sweet staff, helpful, reliable. Answered all my questions. Helped get all my registration up to date.

I don't know how to feel about late day job abandonment, like yay! Stick it to the man! But also, it doesn't feel so good when you need to get your Live Scan paperwork done so you wait outside on a hot day in hopes they return before closing time. I hope they open and I get assistance before I post this review. I also hope they get a raise. Maybe they don't get paid enough to keep doors open. *moments later* Okay, so she gets here and says it's a $82 charge when I had called the day before, and they said it was $50 . This is infuriating, she said she doesn't know who i spoke with when im about 85% sure its her...So she says, "well, the government sets the fees" , and I told her yes, government website says $25, she responds " yeah but not including our $25 processing fee". And if I use my card to pay, another $2 fee. Ugh, I feel like such a fool. I had to get this done and I wish I could've said eff this I'll look for another place. I don't recommend this, I'm not coming back. To her credit, she's efficient and pleasant despite her trying (and successfully) playing me a fool. read more

Andrea provided quick and helpful service so I didnt have to wait hours at the DMV with no appointment. I plan to come here again.

CCM has been amazing. Andrea has been nothing but helpful and given me the best service. Answered all my questions. Definitely recommend

As a team manager of my sons soccer team, the league requires me to get a Livescan background check and fingerprinting. This is the closest place I found near me so I gave it a shot. Walked in the middle of the day, there was no one else in there. Service was quick but at $45 I thought it was a little pricey. The convenience was really nice though. read more

I did a fingerprint live scan with her and it was quick and easy. I would recommend her to anyone that needs registration services. I called and she was very friendly and professional. So glad I found this place! Better then waiting at dmv! read more

The customer service was excellent! However, just a heads-up: I was expecting to pay $40 for a background check, but they ended up charging me $82. They said the cost was extra for IHHS but I don't see anything listed for it online. Big thank you to Andrea for clarifying that the cost is because of the government fees and not on their end. Appreciate your help and transparency highly recommend them. read more

Wack place is super expensive if you do live fingerprints charged me $100 when most of my colleagues got the max $45 plus they chatlrge you 4% of what ever your going to pay with Debt and I found this place though the state boards. I should have waited. They make you go to the place to tell you the price. This is why there is a phone number to shop around. No one has time to go driving around finding out prices read more

I went to CCM after going to different offices that weren't able to help me and I'm glad I found it. The service was really quick and they were able to figure out the issue I was having. They were also very transparent on their pricing. I will continue going there to get everything done in one place! read more

Great place! Both friendly and professional, and a lifesaver when I need paperwork done and don't have the time!

I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. First they tried quoting more than triple what the vehicle should cost. Then after they "got the right paper work" it came way down. I was told to pay cash up front, but they could not produce any type of invoice or receipt; which is illegal. When I called her out on it they just cancelled my appointment. Stay clear. There are much better options out there. read more
