This place is the worst place to go to. Stereotyped me when I walked thru the door. This lady is a piece of trash. I went to get my registration . I was going to a car show . I paid Is through the mail But tags having arrived yet. Insurance in hand Smog certificate . I just wanted my stickers instead of waiting in the mail. If you go to the D m v kiosk. The automated system You scan your registration Pay and walk out you get your stickers. But they were closed already This woman Is was asking me for my Id the car License plate Vin number. Everything was in front of her on the insurance papers. And old registration. She made me go out to my car and read off my license plate. Then said give me your ID . WHAT DOES SHE NEED THAT FOR . They don't ask for that in the dmv. Did I have it on me yes. But what the "F" is her problem. The kiosk Don't do that at the dmv. Please everyone take your business somewhere else. I have twelve cars She could have had good business. Trashy ass place. read more

Jenny's Auto Registration Services - Trashy place looks like a junkyard. I HAVE 40 Employees. I'm going to inform them do not go to this place no more. - Tax Services Near Me - Whittier, California

Honestly I wouldn't trust this lady when your information I took my DMV registration to her and she wanted to charge me double the amount owed plus a huge three I took that registration to another place and it was done easily without all the drama that this lady brings I'm been shocked that the Dmv would even allow her to continue. read more

Very unprofessional service. She was trying to give us false information in regards to registering a car and also through on a $15 charge for giving information we didn't even ask for on the cars citation history from previous owners saying that the car wouldn't be drivable or able to be registered under my boyfriends name. The whole thing seemed very shady. So she took a look at the car outside and then that's when she told us we owed her $15 because she had the cars history which was so irrelevant to us. We just paid her but told her we wanted to get second opinions on other pricing she was offering. So we went to a second place and they told us the car was completely registrable and the previous citations had nothing to do with us. So yea, Jenny's is total fraud! Maybe she should stick to party supplies since she's tryna clown everyone! read more

Service was quick and efficient! Called saying I was running really late and they said no problem and helped me out anyway. They charged me exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Even though other places turned me away and initially were going to charge me a lot more. Will definitely be back whenever I need to go to the DMV read more

This women is a thief, doesn't know how to do her job and tried to triple charge me. I questioned her about her rates and she couldn't give me an answer. At the end she told me I'd have to go to the dmv to fix her mistakes read more

The lady inside was very nice. I was in and out with new tags within minutes. But the only thing is, it's REALLY pricey to do your registration here. My registration was 84$ but I was charged 119$!! You're better off sitting at the DMV. It'll save you 40 bucks read more

This woman steals money from you do not do your taxes with her she's a liar and she never has the documents to back up her lies. She took 200 from my federal tax return and avoided my texts and calls when confronted. Do not trust this place. read more

Delia is very professional and a life saver when it came to re-registering a Salvage vehicle. I had no plates and she went to the dmv to get my temporary tags and assisted me with calling the Chp to set an appointment to do my vehicle inspection. I turned in my inspection paper with all the necessary paperwork for her to go to the DMV to pick up my new plates. Thanks Delia!!! read more

The whittier DMW was closed due to renovations. I was referred to this location to register three company cars. It was located inside the party supply store. Plenty on parking. Was greeted quickly, no wait time. Fee to process each transaction was $35 each. Had one that needed proof of insurance and would be an additional $10 fee when I come back to complete. I decided to wait and return once I had it complete. They only accept cash or credit cards. No checks. They were very detailed in explaining the process and my options. Overall my experience was great and was worth the extra bucks not to drive nor wait at another DMV. I would recommend. read more

Very unprofessional to say the least. I called to simply come in to re-instate my registration. Waited 15mins in what looks like a Pinata place with party decorations for sale. Her "Office" is behind some little black stringy things... ok so she said since Im paying CASH that I would have to pay a fee of $6... never in my life have I been charged extra for paying cash lol... RED FLAG right there....so I said fine thinking $14 DMV reg fee +$6=$20 to her said "ok lets do it" she looks at my insurance then says "ok that will be $29" lol I questioned the fee and she said (literally 2mins later) its $15 service fee lol, jumped up $9 just like that lmfao.... i bounced out of that shady place soooo fast i forgot my insurance card sleeve lol...BE CAREFUL GIVING YOUR CARD TO THIS PLACE... IM CONCERNED ANOUT IDENTITY THEFT HERE!! SHE NEARLY INSISTED ON ME USING A CARD read more

the woman Delia, told me the fees to register a vehicle that was not in the DMV system & was not reguistered since 1998 would cost me 200.00-300.00 dolllars. I asked her more than once if she was sure. She stated yes & she would call me the next day with the exact charges. I paid her 15.00 dollars & told her to call me when she knew the total. It took her until the following day & 3 phones calls from me, no SHE did not return any of my phone calls to finally have her tell me it would be 800.00. when I asked her why she said thats what the DMV said. I asked her to show me the paperwork & she said she didn't have any that was what they verbally told her. What a joke, worst company to deal with. she in my opinion is a mentirosa, as NOTHING that she told me was true. Thanks again Lady, for NOTHING. good luck selling more pinatas & lead paint pottery from the storefront. you a person who no one shold ever deal with. read more

Horrible experience you are better off registering your car at the DMV or by phone or internet. This lady was obviously being laizy. It says they close at 6:30 pm, but was giving me the run around that she could not pay the car registration after 5pm. Then she changed it to not being able to do it after 5:30 pm. I kept asking her to register my car while I was waiting for the proof of insurance to be emailed...and she kept doing her own things around her office. I then finally got the email before 5:30 pm, and gave me the excuse that she could not do it. That the system wouldn't let her. That I would have to wait til Monday. I told her I can't wait my tags needed to be paid before Saturday. Which was that day! She told me I am 90% sure if you come Monday here with me, you won't have to pay the late fee because I have it saved here on my system. I asked her various times if she was sure? The lady said yes, she was very positive about it. Monday came and I showed up just for her to tell me that I had to pay the late fees. I was so dissapointed I had to take a breather to relax. I told her what happened, you said it was 90% chance I will not pay the late fees, you were very sure I would not pay. She blamed it on me because I went to the DMV that morning to renew my license. She said that it had to do with that. The DMV and her piñata party supply store are not linked. There was no way that could have done it. I just walked out and told her that next time she should not give that type of assurance to people. She was still trying to argue that she was right. I was very upset and told her she should have just told me to do it myself online or by phone. Luckily the DMV was able to understand the experience I had as t this place and match the day and time I got the insurance and helped me with the late fees. This lady is a liar and should not be pretending to help people. She had all the time in the world. This place says it closed at 630pm she was practically trying to get me to leave 5ish pm. Never again!!!! just go to the DMV...I ended getting my tags within 30 min after this issue. read more
