HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RON !!!…read more Very disappointing experience with Ron. I called with questions about my insurance, and instead of taking the time to properly explain my options, he seemed frustrated by my questions. I felt he either didn't know how to explain the situation, didn't understand it himself, or simply didn't want to take the time. I questioned why I needed to cancel my existing policy and pay another deposit just to get a lower premium, especially since I originally purchased the policy online. The lack of transparency made the situation feel very uncomfortable and, honestly, unethical. I also had to tell him that I felt he was being unprofessional. He said he would call me back to follow up, but **he never did**. That was extremely disappointing. Customers deserve clear answers, professionalism, and follow-through--not to feel like they are being pushed into something for the sake of a sale. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ron.

If I have any questions or concerns I can always give them a call and they answer-not a toll free line where I have to explain my situation to a different anonymous rep every time. I love how I was not pressured into getting the most expensive coverage, I was explained my options and was given what I can afford.
