If I could give Robert 10 stars I would. I just got off the phone with him and the experience I had was so much easier and smooth than what I was doing before going to each individual insurance company online trying to get quotes. The whole interaction took about 30 minutes and I was insured within that time. My wife found him through Yelp and it was the best thing I could've gone through. I would highly recommend Rob through the experience that I had and I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends. This is not a paid advertisement, this is legit no BS, authentic one on one experience with someone who knows what they're doing. It's been 2 years since we started receiving services from Robert! He has been our go-to guy for getting our health insurance set up and updated through Covered California. He has all the answers and makes things so easy. Honestly, I was trying to do it all my own, calling MediCal then calling Covered CA, trying to get it all set up online and phone. Only to be put on hold for up to 2 hours sometimes. It was super stressful because I was in postpartum recovery and my newborn twin boys were left uncovered for a bit, and I was stressing out so much. A friend referred me to Robert, and he simply took care o EVERYTHING for me! He was such a life saver! I should've called him from the beginning instead of going through all of that. He gave me tips on what to do and got everything set up for our family in no time. Later, when we needed some updating like income change and address changes, he took care of so quickly. I owe him so much thanks! He is only a text or phone call away. I recommend anyone and everyone who has health insurance needs to give him a call. You won't regret it! Overall FIVE BIG FAT STARS for Robert! He very prompt, professional, and thorough! Thank you Robert!! read more

Amazing genuine customer service. Absolute pleasure working with Robert. Cannot recommend him enough. I'm a 22 yearold guy that went through acl surgery and therefore required about 9 months of physical therapy. I just got out of school and was in desperate need of health insurance to continue seeing my PT twice a week. Being uneasy and unsure about how health insurance works, Robert cleared all those worries away. He took the time to really explain which plans would work best for me and did it in the most genuine manner. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Furthermore, I work night shifts and he accepted my calls as late as 9:30pm. This guy really cares about who he is helping and I cannot recommend him enough. Great insistence broker who is willing to help his clients either in person or virtually and always there to help.

As an independent contractor, I was at my wits end with trying to deal with Covered CA, and all the financial mistakes that LA County Health Services contributed to my life by getting into my account and incorrectly changing all of my income and screwing me royally! Every time I tried to deal with one problem, another would show up. Finally, I made the best call I made all year, "Robert help me, please"! He got me in the next morning and within a few hours, he had fixed all my problems with my medical, dental, vision and even my pet insurance. He quickly researched my options and got me a better deal than either of us thought possible. My parents needed help with their taxes and with a couple of very complicated Covered California issues. Unlike a couple of so called "authorized Covered California representatives" my parents sought out for help in the past, Robert was able to effectively resolve all of their problems. Robert is knowledgeable, punctual, honest and very patient. He is one of the few people in that business that still takes his time when attending to his clients.
