If they could do it from home, trust me--they would. Nobody wakes up excited to spend their entire day sitting in a DMV waiting room. Instead, what do they get? Confusing kiosks. Zero instructions. And not a single staff member nearby to guide people who clearly need help. I watched elderly people struggle just to use a keypad. No direction, no assistance--just frustration. It felt cruel.
