I recommended this place to my husband but never really went here just cause I needed to get my registration renewed with the quickness. I came in and it was 15-20 minutes. I had my registration renewed just like that. Showed my smog check and I paid for my registration plus fees applied for their services and debit card fee. Lady was nice and was most efficient. After having driven a car here it was time to get it registered in CA, and after having gone to the DMV and backing out just as quickly needed other options. A quick Google search will tell you that there are plenty of places that will do it for you for a fee. I searched Yelp for car registration and the results/distance were the most reasonable. I pulled into the lot where there's a dedicated spot for customers and explained that I came from out of state, and needed registration, but also I had purchased the car shortly before so had the bill of sale. Basically, the car wasn't in my name but I had proof of purchase, I figured that it might add to the difficulty but she took it in stride and understood. The only real monkey wrench was no smog check, but she recommended a place right down the street that would do it for pretty cheap and we could come right back. She explained the cost breakdown, how much and charged me, with the caveat saying that the price might change depending-sounded super shady but at this point I was already in it. She said that the plates should arrive in two days and just to come back. Two days later I showed up, they had the plates and the price did in fact change. It was actually LESS than they had estimated so I got a refund in cash. I really appreciated the courteous, breezy way any difficult factors were handled and also the honesty. As a new resident I could have easily just been told that it was the same price and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest and transparent and have my loyalty. read more

I was shocked at how easy it was getting new tags for reg. renewal at this place. very nice people who have access to all the exact same info as dmv cause they are authorized by the dmv to conduct dmv business that's 100% legit but with NO dmv waiting or lines . if you need to renew your reg. and there's any confusion stop by and they will tell you exactly what u need to get your tags pay the extra 25 bucks (the fee)and try this place. for me it was a lifesaver and they're really nice and understanding and i can't think of anything negative to say. it was a seamless experience !!!!!! i will never go to dmv again read more

I tried to transfer and renew my vehicle registration in the DMV Online Services. From the begging the web page warns you the renewal is a "complex" process so obviously I didn't succeed in doing so. I look for recommendations in Yelp and ran into this place. My experience was excellent from the begging. They follow all the safety regulations to prevent the spread of COVID. They are professionals and know and do everything they have to do to solve your problem. They are fast and reliable but mainly honest in doing their job. I'm very happy I found this place. read more
