I got recommended by my mom at this place. However, I did not have a good experience. They kept saying " the DMV required milage verification for my car" and was never able to help with the name change I needed for my vehicle. I paid them their fees upfront because I trusted them and they never completed their part. I ended up going to the DMV myself and was able to do the name change on my own. I even had to pay the DMV again because there was no record of them paying or attempting to do my paperwork. It sucks because my mom had a great experience with them so I don't know what happened with me.:( read more

Seeing that they were open till 5pm I called at 3:53pm and had a nice brief conversation with the lady who picked up the phone stating that they would be able to assist me with my registration. I told her I would be there shortly and arrived at 4:15pm only to see the office closed and locked up. At a time when gas prices have skyrocketed she could have easily saved me the time and trouble by letting me know they would be closing early today. The lack of courtesy towards a prospective customer is just downright unprofessional. I'm sure they handle all the of the DMV stuff well enough but any place that lacks even the simplest of courtesy doesn't deserve my money or yours. read more

This review is long overdue. Coming from one of the four corner states, where there are so many independent auto registration and licensing businesses - allowing you to avoiding the neglect and needless suffering of individuals, especially seniors waiting in lines hours upon hours for very little assistance from the DMV! I came here hoping for the kind of help I was use to in the southwest. I did get the help I was seeking by the owner Rafael. He did all the paperwork and in the end even put the license plate on my truck himself. Of course I did a couple things myself (weight & smog check), which was expected. Also I paid extra money for the individualized "concierge" service, which was all worth it. You will never get this kind of service at the DMV! While the team was very helpful early on, something was misfiled with the DMV and my registration was put on hold in November when I was due for a renewal. I must call the office 15 times a week and only have been connected twice to which point I get a run around. The DMV told me I needed to speak with ABA as the "hold is a result of something the expeditor company did" and yet I am stuck with a car now 5 months unregistered and no help from the responsible party. read more

Disclosure: I am a licensed car dealer & this is a long brutal review. It aches me to write this review because I am a big advocate for supporting small businesses but transparency and honesty is important and I hold it to the highest standard, especially being in the automotive industry. Anna and Alex are incredibly amazing ladies and very very knowledgeable with DMV policies and procedures! Rafael is an absolute embarrassment to the business he started and needs to just leave the office and hand over the business to the ladies who are the backbone to his operation. Don't let his speech of "25 years in business" fool you. Late July I went calling around looking for a capable independent registration office that can handle a used car dealers paperwork. I am a small independent used car dealer and prefer to develop a relationship with a local office to handle all paperwork processing to save me time from doing it at the DMV. In August, I've brought around 4-6 cars for paperworks throughout the month, and all went smoothly except one vehicle. This vehicle needed paperwork to be manually submitted at the DMV office for processing rather than electronically like the others due to an organizational specialized plate. Anna started the paperwork on the 6th, I paid the full amount including their service fees, and was told the following Tuesday Rafael will go and submit the documents. Tuesday rolls around, and no callback so I called in. Was told it is processing so will require a few more days. Following week, I call again to check in and was told it is still processing. Then a few days after, I stopped by to do paperwork on another car (maybe my 3rd or 4th) and was told again that I will get an update once they have an update. By this time, it's already been the 20th-21st. Still no updates, I call, and call, and call and finally get word that it is STILL processing by the DMV and they have no updates. I called the DMV myself to get an update and only to find out there is no documents that were ever submitted for processing for my VIN- okay, it's COVID and they're probably backed up right? My patience is high and I totally understand how complicated the DMV can be. I am an honest person and was happy that all my other transactions went smoothly and Anna and Alex were great so I give the benefit of the doubt. Mr. Boss Man Rafael with a stick up his a** calls yesterday August 24th to tell me that he is "embarrassed" and "ashamed" because they've been "running [me] around" telling me it's in process when they have never submitted it. He gave me the whole speech how he is an honest man and holds himself to high standards and he's a retired veteran and he's deeply embarrassed but he will submit everything tomorrow (August 25th). I was nothing short of understanding, reassured him it is fine, and mistakes happen and it's only about the conflict resolution and reaching the end goal. I am an understanding person!!! Reassured me he will call with an updated (August 25th). Never received a call, but got bombarded with his absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior when he called me back after I called to check in to ask a question and get an update. I asked what's the turnaround time on the documents since DMV usually takes 5 days to process. He goes and begins his rude and abrupt behavior by responding with "the DMV can take 90 f*****g days for all I know", and a ton of other negative and horrific statements and language. I only asked a simple question to get the OPINION of a professional in this business that claims to have 25 years of experience. Whatever embarrassment and ashamed feelings he had the day before is total bullsh*t and he is purely negligent. The only reason this business still stands is because of Alex and Anna. He is an absolute embarrassment for a small business owner, industry professional, and meets the exact typical image of a shady person in the automotive industry. 08/31 update: Documents were returned by DMV marked incomplete because of a missing signature. 09/02 update: Documents will be returned again by DMV because of late fees since Rafael took over 2 weeks to submit the documents promptly. Guess the 25 years of experience speaks for itself. 09/05 update: Returned documents received because additional late fees are due. Late fees incurred on 08/13. Rafael answered and he said he will pay me for the late fees, that's it. I will be walking in my own documents to the DMV that I paid ABA to do. 09/08 update: I dropped off the documents myself and paid the late penalties myself. SUMMARY: Rafael is a scum who has 0 customer service. He lied to my face, ran me around for nearly 3 weeks saying he submitted my documents to the DMV for processing when he actually never did, then lost some of my paperwork, then found it, then cursed me out. Ok so, I'm not really one to leave bad reviews but my experience here was actually awful. I'm totally okay with paying extra for convenience and figured I would do that here. One of the stickers on my car that has the vin had been worn down on the inside of the door and ABA gave me this whole run around about how I needed to replace the sticker either through the dealership, or through "someone they know for a fee". So I called multiple dealerships, everyone said they don't remake those stickers and they didn't know what they were talking about. Mind you, ABA didn't tell me any of this until I already paid them 300+ and when I did all my paperwork there they didn't even want to let me keep my title? I made them give it to me anyway and ended up just going to the dmv after all of this because after calling all the dealerships, I didn't know what else to do. When I got to the DMV. They literally laughed at all my paperwork, said ABA filled out everything wrong. They also told me I didn't need a new sticker I just had to get my vin verified by a PCH officer. (Which was free) so yeah, basically one of the worst experiences I've ever had from a motor vehicle services company INCLUDING the dmv. The dmv actually turned out to be way simpler and would of been cheaper they said ABA also over charged me. Save your time and money and just go to the dmv. read more

Serious scammers. Added a $95 "ticket" that couldn't be found on LADOT website and they did not have any information for. In the end told me it was from a recent moving violation that I was already scheduled to appear in court. Even went as far as to tell me once I pay them the $95, I won't have to goto court anymore. ALL LIES! Even said "it's like having a gun to your head" while pointing a finger gun at my face. This is the old guy in all the pictures. The receipt I got after I paid reference something in Irvine....I don't goto Irvine and have never had a ticket in Irvine. So I checked the outstanding "ticket" I was SCAMMED into paying and low and behold, nothing changed and I still have to address that ticket in court. read more
