Not only did he call me back when the call dropped but he stayed on the line to answer all my questions and gave me his ext and email in case I have any further questions. He was extremely professional and competent. I cannot say the same for any other rep working as Adriana's Insurance as some of them would hang up when they didn't know the answer to a question. I truly hope this company recognizes Agustin's capabilities with a promotion as it is well deserved for being patient, knowing, and saving this company's reputation from another bad review.

This past weekend I stopped by numerous insurance places to compare prices and to see if I was…read moregetting a good deal. I came by here on a recommendation of my uncle who said that these guys would search different insurance vendors at the same time (saving me a lot of trouble and time). This place is located right on the corner of Pico & Alvarado right next to a tattoo shop. The parking lot is TINY. Very narrow and small and to top it off, it was packed. You need to be an expert level parker here because you might hit some cars on your way out. We came by around noon and the place was pretty full. One of the clerks took down our information (they asked for our IDs and phone numbers to be put on a "wait list"). We waited for about 10 minutes and were called up to one of the representatives. We explained our situation and she began taking our information and looking for a price quote. After about 15 minutes or so, she explained to us that the cheapest quote (with MINIMAL coverage) was almost $30 higher than the price I am paying now (where I have a lot more coverage). She was very informative and even suggested we stay with our company (made no sense to switch for more money and less coverage). The service was a bit rude at times. They can be very serious (mostly women working here) and have very serious faces the whole time and the parking situation is a huge problem for me - at least there is metered parking around the corner. I appreciated their time and effort and their information. They were very helpful in that sense and provided good details and prices - I just think smiling a bit more would help.
