We had issues with Laura Herrera. This office added the wrong vin number to insurance policy, then when we went to fix it , they added another car to the policy! An imaginary car! We cancelled because we had enough of this office, and before we knew it, we got a collections notice somehow. I spoke to Assistant Manager CA license #6002326 Laura Herrera, who said she didn't know how to fix it , but she would let us know the next day. We called and texted numerous times. She repeatedly ignored the messages. Now my credit is being threatened with being damaged , I had to pay over $200 for a collections notice that I have no idea what it's about. I never post negative feedback, but this freeway insurence location is trying scams so they I would love share what they are doing. I already had insurence with them. I bought new car and I just want to check my car with old one. I paid about 53$. Even though car that I bought it was older they come up with 130 monthly. Of course I didn't get it. Also, I see they are trying selling me new policy. I left and bought new insurance from agent, and I went another freeway insurence to cancel my policy. I asked guys if how much will be I change my car he told me 47 that I found out this location want to scam instead helping their 4 years customer. They took my 2 hour and they cause me almost 300 dolar because I bought new insurence. I took almost couple friends this location. I won't go and take anyone there and I advices everyone not to go there. read more

UPDATE: I have to edit this review as I have had a terrible experience post cancelling the policy with this broker. Broker quoted me nearly $1500/month for insurance and told me I had to give initial premium in order to activate policy, however, I was still actively shopping around. Robert Beus processed the payment as I told him I had one other company to get back to. The other company offered more coverage and at less than $500/month, I called and emailed Robert to cancel the policy. He said he would process it. Next thing I know documentation is required and the back and forth (one email reply per day) started, and here we are over a month later and I still do NOT have my full refund of $1600+. The insurance company is aware I have wanted this policy cancelled since the day it was established, however, the broker seems to not understand how to do their job properly and has resulted in extreme delays in over $1600 in total funds OUTSTANDING. I have been working with Robert Beus and it has taken over 30 days to process the refund. Every time I ask for an ETA on the funds I am given a long winded message with no actual answer. Once I receive my refund I will update this review, until then I feel 100% that I am being scammed and there is something fraudulent going on. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more
