I got into an accident and of course this screwed me over by a couple of thousand dollars. I submitted a complaint but of course that didn't go anywhere because of the fine print. I would say customer service is amazing yet their help is more for the money. I give them 2 stars because their customer service makes my rating go up a little. I actually found that going straight to the insurance was cheaper than with them. I gave a $1,000 deposit for my insurance and only $200 something went to the actual insurance. They charged me $650 broker fee plus other fees!!!! Are you kidding me?! This is ridiculous!!! Too bad this is non refundable or else I would cancel and run from this place.
