They seemed to be very nice and genuine at first. It's not until recently I had some down time (after becoming a first time mom) to realize my financial loan was extremely high seeing as I bought a car worth $10k from them and put 8k down. I was supposed to be on a loan for no more than 3k and the scummy dealer lied to me when I bought the car to give me a premium warranty on the car because he had lost the car keys for weeks before I was able to get my car. Turns out he added a 2.2k fee without my knowledge or permission to my contract that then went towards my financial loan. It's not until recently I realized what I thought was given to me out of the kindness of this dealerships heart was a plan out lie and scam. They took advantage of me being sick and pregnant and he hid the paper where it said 2.2k for a car warranty that doesn't even assist in coverage for a hybrid vechole which is what I bought. It's a year and a half later and my vehicle won't even turn on. They are scammers and not honest with what they promise. Below is a picture of "tips" the dealer David wrote for me to build my credit quickly by paying this loan off quickly (which was my goal) you can clearly see the payments of $1,000 3x because the loan was supposed to be for 3k instead he added on a warrant that was supposed to be free for 2.2k making my loan well over $5k. He made sure to hide this deep within my contract and skipped over it when I signed it with him on his computer. So sad they would take advantage of a paying costumer this way, they cannot be trusted.

For other DMV services such as Real IDs/Driver Licenses, behind the wheel tests, please go to the DMV on 803 Cole Avenue in Hollywood (near Pavilions). I came a few minutes early before my appointment past 9AM. The line was not long and the staff are very transparent, firm yet still polite. I was given a number and was called to proceed to a certain window in less than 10 minutes. I came here to process my car's title and registration. I came prepared with all required documents (Real Driver's License, bill of sale, car title, proof of insurance) and was prompted to pay the registration fee. Also make sure to not sign the title until you are instructed to do so. Otherwise, you will need to sign an affidavit onsite. They accept cash, cheque (no added fees) and debit/credit cards (for a fee). I was able to complete my transaction within 15 minutes. They have decent amount of onsite parking and is also accessible by Metro lines 212 and 4. I highly recommend going to WeHo DMV for your vehicle registration needs.

She said oh ok I must be at the wrong place. Another man starts walking up to that guy and they're talking to each other. They're looking at my daughter as they talk and start laughing. My daughter felt very uncomfortable with this interaction. I suppose they're lazy and didn't want to do another smog check. If they don't want to work after 6 then close the place at 6pm and update your hours on yelp. It was two Armenian guys. I guess they don't want our business. To make it clear it was the smog check place and people not the business next door.
