Obviously they will charge more than the DMV but you're paying for ease, a relaxed environment, and Rosa's son even took the time to answer questions I had about the whole process. So knowledgeable and effective. Today was the 2nd time I relied on Elizabeth to sort out a mess with my auto registration. The first time, my car dealer performed a recall service, but failed to report it to the DMV. This caused me to be unable to renew my registration (during the pandemic when I was definitely not going into the DMV). This time, I failed to pay my motorcycle registration, and the DMV took the payment directly from my checking account. However, the DMV did not send me the sticker. Such a great last minute option for doing SOME dmv stuff. They can't do it all, like salvage vehicle inspections (no one but DMV can do those), but they were able to process the rest of my salvage vehicle paperwork! Also, it's a thrift store in front. I hate going to the DMV the lines are usually ridiculously long and a waiting. Is absolutely outrageous now especially with all the new out-of-towners from different states! I decided to check out this location and boy was I pleased literally was in and out in about four minutes! To top it off I got my registration paperwork late due to late mail so I had to pay a late fee. Girl is nice, check to see how much I owed in fees and boom! In and out!
