Came in to get an out of state transfer to CA and Rosa and her son were super efficient, friendly, and got me out of there in 20 min. Obviously they will charge more than the DMV but you're paying for ease, a relaxed environment, and Rosa's son even took the time to answer questions I had about the whole process. You don't get that "education" aspect at the DMV and so for me it was worth the upcharge Will come back if I need their services in the future! read more

Quick and easy, Rosa was very helpful. I had no issues and I would come back again. Thank you!

Great service. They were very easy to work with. They communicated wonderfully so we knew where we were in the process. I will use them again. read more

I was having trouble getting a duplicate title for an old vehicle. I found Rosa's and I'm really glad I did. I initially went to AAA and got substandard service. Elizabeth and her assistant did a magnificent, professional job with my title issues. I would definitely use Rosas again and recommend them to others! read more

Been coming to Rosa for years now, ever since a friend recommended me. Came in today to transfer title on a car I purchased yesterday and Rosa's help make this process a breeze. Not only did she help me yesterday make sure that the title was clear and car wasn't reported stolen with a simple call but she had me in and out quick today. I recommend her to anyone I know. read more

Very helpful in getting our car that had out of state plates registered in California.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend for all your DMV needs - elizabeth was so so wonderful

Elizabeth at Rosa's Registration is truly amazing! She takes the time to help you understand every situation you might need help with! I had to register a car in CA from AZ with no title, and I was very stressed because DMV sites do not help with any information, and she helped explain the whole process. She is very quick and will be upfront about prices and any questions you might have. One thing that made me trust this process way more than the DMV is that she is nice, respectful, and will text or call you if anything comes up! Her customer service is wonderful, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. read more

So knowledgeable and effective. Today was the 2nd time I relied on Elizabeth to sort out a mess with my auto registration. The first time, my car dealer performed a recall service, but failed to report it to the DMV. This caused me to be unable to renew my registration (during the pandemic when I was definitely not going into the DMV). This time, I failed to pay my motorcycle registration, and the DMV took the payment directly from my checking account. However, the DMV did not send me the sticker. Elizabeth was able to access the DMV system, assess the situation, and issue me the sticker. read more

My local mechanic shop recommended to come here n they said she was the best! They sure where not wrong at all!! Trully the best! Helped me right away and even saved me multiple trips to the dmv! read more

WOW! What a great experience. I had to get California plates to replace my out of state plates and wow it was so easy here! Customer service here was excellent from getting a quote to actually getting the plates into my hands. Highly recommend if you need to get plates and you're from out of state (this is your sign to come here). Thank so much! read more

Great auto services friendly polite and fast. Highly recommend this location for any Auto services

I have been using Rosa's Auto for over 10 years now, and there are too many good things too list! They helped me with my DMV process for each of my vehicles (cars, RV, and motorcycles) and saved me hours of time by not waiting at the DMV. Even when sometime some registrations were headaches, they explained to me the extra steps and did the work for me. They are really fast, straight to the point and really well priced ! Never been disappointed. I have sent many friends there too. They are really helpful ! Rosa and Elizabeth are the best ! Best service in town and super friendly business !!! read more

Omigosh. We had to transfer a car title from my mother-in-law (Texas) to our daughter (California) and ... we live in Honolulu. So Elizabeth (Rosa's daughter) guided us through the title transfer and the California registration while we visited our daughter during Parents' Weekend at her College in Eagle Rock. So convenient! So congenial! So helpful! So ... wonderful. I recommend this business highly. read more

Excellent service, Ms. Elizabeth really knows her stuff, a godsend. To say she is efficient and proficient is an understatement. Not to mention fair pricing without the long waits and lines. I highly recommend Rosa's! She and her associates were so helpful with my last minute fiasco. They helped me through everything with such a calm manner while I was pretty frantic thinking I was going to lose my truck. Not to mention they helped my girlfriend find some great clothes while she waited for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you for such great service! I'll be back for sure! read more

Rosa is great. She is courteous and was super quick and very thorough doing my VIN Verification. The AAA rep who finished my paperwork actually commented on how well the form was filled out. I'd definitely recommend her for any of your vehicle needs. She's infinitely better than the DMV. read more

Needed to renew my registration. Walked in. Paid cash (their card system was down). Had a nice discussion with Rosa's son about jazz. Walked out. 10 minutes total. Completely convenient. Kind, caring staff. If you're feeling snacky, there are great eats any direction you choose. A great business, truly worth supporting. read more

Best way to get your car registered. No lines, good service and very friendly people. Thanks again!!

Elizabeth and Rosa's saved us hours of frustration and wasted time! We had renewed our registration online with the DMV four weeks before it expired, but it has still not arrived in the mail. We tried to resolve the issue directly with the DMV and through AAA, but no human or AI-bot came to our rescue. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your speedy and excellent response - next year we'll get the job done through you. Your reasonable fee will be $$ well-spent! read more

Such a great last minute option for doing SOME dmv stuff. They can't do it all, like salvage vehicle inspections (no one but DMV can do those), but they were able to process the rest of my salvage vehicle paperwork! Also, it's a thrift store in front. Yes, that's what I said. Only critique is clean up your office space a little back there; kinda smells like cheetos and your desk was always cluttered with empty drinks and stuff. read more

They were very accommodating, kind, and professional. The service was very fast and smooth. Thank you for the great service! Would recommend to a friend. read more

Rosa was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you want a better experience and/or service than you get at the DMV! read more

Elizabeth, Rosa's daughter was super helpful and I was able to get my out of stare registration and plates done in under an hour. I recommend especially as the DMV is a traumatic experience at best. read more

I've used Rosa's twice, and both times had a great experience! Elizabeth and her husband are super friendly and made registering my vehicle very easy. I was transferring my vehicle from out of state and it had been complicated with the DMV, but Rosa's got it figured out while I went across the street for a coffee and then sat and chatted with them for a few minutes. Seriously, I'll be giving them a call for all DMV related tasks! read more

I hate going to the DMV the lines are usually ridiculously long and a waiting. Is absolutely outrageous now especially with all the new out-of-towners from different states! I decided to check out this location and boy was I pleased literally was in and out in about four minutes! To top it off I got my registration paperwork late due to late mail so I had to pay a late fee. Girl is nice, check to see how much I owed in fees and boom! In and out! I was kind of disappointed in the area though, too many Millennials and hipsters! What's wrong with the world haha read more

Rosa's Auto Registration saves me from dealing with DMV wait times! Rosa is super nice and she was able to get my registration transfer done super fast. She even suggested where to go get the smog check when I arrived without the paper work. It's cash only but there is an ATM right next door and metered parking right in front of the location! Score! It's in the heart of York Boulevard. If you have to wait for the registration there's many things to do around the area. Thank you Rosa! read more

Oh my God!! I had a very complicated title and registration situation. I was looking at hours at the dmv and probably multiple trips. Elizabeth at Rosa's was so helpful and fast. I'm in and out in 15 minutes with tags and registration. The cost was minimal. I would have paid 5 times as much!!!! I will never go to DMV again!!! Thank you!! Thank You!!! read more
