First off, the work they do is incredibly professional. You will leave with no doubt that everything was done correctly and to a tee. It won't take long before you realize that you are with people who truly care not only about doing the job correctly, but also about their customers. Oh, and I had my dog with me; Rafael went out of his way to give him water and lots of love. Like I said, the idea of ever again standing in line for hours at the DMV seems crazy now. They kept…read moresaying " the DMV required milage verification for my car" and was never able to help with the name change I needed for my vehicle. I paid them their fees upfront because I trusted them and they never completed their part. I ended up going to the DMV myself and was able to do the name change on my own. I even had to pay the DMV again because there was no record of them paying or attempting to do my paperwork. It sucks because my mom had a great experience with them so I don't know what happened with me.:(
