Since the first day my experience was pretty bad. I was at Honda buying a car for someone else and…read moresince they have the Allstate agency there they offer me their insurance. I accepted for them to give me a quote and they told me they could give me a better price than my current policy. I asked if they're sure about it and they said yes, showing me the price. So I cancel my old insurance and when I got their insurance they said they're sorry, there was a mistake, they could not give me the price they offered me. For sure I got very upset. At the end they gave me some gift cards as credit for the price they could not match. Even when they try to fix it, I wasn't happy with what happened. First, they still lied to me. Second, they wasted my time. And 3rd, the following policy (after 6 months) came without the gift cards so at the end I ended up paying more that what they initially told me. I didn't contact them because I was so sick of that so I decided to pay the extra money for my peace of mind. Now it's time to renew my policy again. I had a minor accident in February. I'll include the pictures so you can see how small was the incident. I just found out they are increasing my policy from $946.34 to $2717.30!!!!! Yes, you read it right. I just contacted the person who managed my accident claim to see if I killed someone (sarcasm). I just don't understand how they can increase my policy from $157.7 to $452.9 PER MONTH. I don't get it. When I received the new policy I was convinced it was a mistake so I called them to ask. And that's absolutely right!! They're charging me $452.9 PER MONTH. Please see the damage of the car in the pictures. So, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET ALLSTATE INSURANCE. And of course I cancelled my insurance coverage with them and already got a new insurance for $180.00 per month.

Brianna Balaja is the best! I'm genuinely happy to be writing this note to say how great my recent…read moreexperience was with Mercury - especially with Brianna as my claims agent. My car was stolen, and it easily could have turned into a nightmare. Instead, Brianna took exceptional care of me. She truly went above and beyond, and if this is the Mercury way, that says a lot about the company. After the first body shop completely dropped the ball, costing me ten days of rental coverage while they held my car and did nothing. Brianna stepped in and immediately reassured me that this would not be my experience going forward. She connected me with a Mercury-authorized body shop in Pasadena that was, honestly, an excellent, wonderful 'unicorn' of a shop. In other words, they did a perfect job. She handled all the details with Mercury and helped me in ways I didn't even expect. Throughout the entire process, Brianna was consistently kind, calm, and steady - never flustered, always clear, always supportive. Last year, when a friend's car was stolen in Canoga Park, Mercury handled that situation beautifully as well. I'm really grateful to be a Mercury customer, and especially grateful that Brianna was handling my case.
