I called at 7:30 or so and asked if they would be able to help me out with my big baller check. They said sure and asked how much it was. That's when I got nervous. A lot of people and or check cashing spots aren't used to people that handle this amount of money like myself. I let her know that it was about $21 and change and she said oh okay yeah come on in. The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. That is probably one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, going back to the phone call. I was greeted with the angelic welcoming warm voice of a young lady named Maria. She told me her name and I thought it was talking to Aaliyah. She really rocked the boat when she told me that the check amount wasn't anything but a number I'm just kidding none of that happened but she was very professional and welcoming over the phone. So I showed up 45 seconds later drunk as hell jk again but yeah it was the smoothest a check cashing transaction has ever went. She was fast friendly and professional. I waited…read more40 minutes and no employee even acknowledged me waiting or asked they will be with me soon. I got up and asked one of the employees if there was anyone else helping. He said not at the moment and said he is booked all day. Which doesn't make sense to have a sign in sheet if no one will be attending walk in's. I understand they get busy but customer service goes a long way. I had 2 employees walk back and forth and not even bother to look at us or notify us on how long was the wait. Also the way the employer told us he was busy is not a proper way to treat a customer. He seemed bothered because we asked and didn't even offer to get someone to assist us. Never again will I bother to come to this bank.

I will say, however, that during the weekend or when the branch is closed the outside ATM is always faulty. Either the deposits are not accepted, or you are unable to go into the lobby, even with your debit card. This causes a lot of delay and a long line for some reason it would be nice to have another ATM or have the one outside of work because deposits often don't work there only cash withdrawals.

I've had serval issues with Veronica and not being helpful to staff mistakes. I called to make a…read morepartial payment on a loan. They agreed it was fine and I paid more than half of the loan. I only had $200 left to pay and they agreed it would be fine to pay off on the 1st. 3 days later they auto charged my card. Veronica refused to correct the mistake and stated there was no note left by the staff member that I would pay it on a later date. My only option was to re take out the loan with the interest. I asked Veronica to have her supervisor call me and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling and she will tell me she has customers and will call me back. Refuses to let me wait on hold instead of a call back. Each time she says 20minutes and I never get a call back. When I call again she states another 20minutes She tries to direct me to the portal but I've stated that I cannot access the portal and she states she cannot help me with that issue. She doesn't value her phone customers only her in person customers
