I Come here all the time since they closed the Whittier location that had friendlier staff but it's definitely the last time I come. I get there are rules but nothing should stop a disabled elderly woman from sending her son money. If I'm not the one sending money why would it be in my name? I'm assisting an elderly woman who can't speak well hear or see. Do better should she display her handicapped sign. Every time I come this older lady has the worse attitude and makes something as easy as sending money so damn difficult. I used to feel bad for her because people are difficult but maybe she's the problem with that nasty attitude. The younger girl never gives anyone a hard time. Do better in being handicapped friendly I get the rules but don't discriminate an older woman who needs help. read more

This place was a nice surprise. I was in need of Guatemalan Quetzals and my bank no longer offered that currency. I found this place on Yelp, they are also close to my home, and most of the reviews were positive so I gave it a try. Jenny, the employee who is at the front and answers the phone was very helpful and professional. I placed an order on Saturday and was told I'd receive it earliest on Monday and latest on Wednesday. On Tuesday morning I had not heard anything, so I gave them a call to follow up. Jenny explained she would speak to her manager to find out where the money was in transit because it should have been there. The manager responded throughout the day and night on Wednesday, and was able to have the armored truck pick it up from the Beverly Hills to the location closest to me before the time I requested to pick it up on Thursday. He messaged me when it was delivered, and the lady I picked it up from was very friendly and knew to expect me. I highly recommend this business. Let's start by putting the only employee who works there apparently from the words of JONA the person at the cashier window. I went in for an exchange and came out 100 pesos short and didn't realize it until I was already home. Called back the location and she remembered me and the exact bills handed to me, but unfortunately Jona claim to have given me two 50 peso bills which were not present in my count. I know must wait for a review for money I won't be able to use on my trip anymore. What I suggest is make sure you count yourself before leaving because human error is a reality and in this case I now have to just say oh well. Just a heads up JONA was really rude on the phone and didn't even want to give me her name. Spent 1 hr trying to send $$$ using Western Union @ Walgreens, no one in that store could help me answer simple questions, I had to call myself and wait 20 min on a 1 second response!! I assume that if you're going to have a WU machine in your location , you can at least provide basic training to your employees. Horrible, gave me a hard to exchange my currency, didn't know who to convert it or what type it was then when they finally looked it up, said the bills were "too much of the older version" to convert and I'm not sure how that's a thing since the value of money is still money. read more
