You have already received a serious warning and have violated the law. Are these remittance regulations your own choice, or are they Western Union's rules and regulations? The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. I couldn't understand his philosophy on cashing a simple CHECK. This location just had to verify, check my ID, and hand me the money. This happened in less than 10 mins tops. I had a short conversation with the man at the previous location regarding it being a small company, and they only cash out of state checks as opposed to local checks. I said so you don't do any LOCAL checks, he said well we do just not when they are this close etc. etc. It was unprofessional and a BOLD FACE LIE. For that location they get NO STARS. I was not happy at all with the service received from that location, but this location doesn't deserve to suffer for what that location did with their unprofessional practices. The lady was very helpful, quick, and happy to help which I really appreciate as I'm not dealing with any banks at the moment. Thank you SU CASA DE CAMBIO, you made my day. As for the previous location, shut it down or get rid of the lazy workers there and make it a 5 star company. BTW this happened today about 30 mins ago, so you know who was working the shift.
