I'm 32 years old, have cashed checks MANY times. I worked at 7-11, have friends that work at banks. OK ANYWAY - I get there and the lady behind the counter gets up, and sees me, and rolls her eyes. The younger lady was helping someone else. She goes "come" and does a hand motion, like im a dog. I hand her my check and ID and she says to me, "I cant cash it, its already signed." I said, Why was that never an issue the other times Ive been here? Or the billions of times Ive done that at any bank? She says "Because thats how it is here and whoever helped you before Ill find out and report them to the manager. But just this ONCE I will cash it." I said thank you I appreciate it, I really need it. She takes a deep sigh and throws my ID into the slot, throws the money, and walks away to eat or take a shit or whatever her problem was. The younger lady was now alone and saw the look on my face and said sorry. Rudest lady ever! The other ladies are very kind and professional. If it is a policy, I should have been told before. But there was no need for being so rude and nasty, furthermore, in 32 years I have never experienced that rule ANYWHERE. The manager has replied to my comment before, I hope he does so now. Please fire a person who tries to go against her own co workers. Thats just nasty. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I took out a couple of pay day loans which left me unable to pay for basic things for myself and my family. My pay day loan defaulted, and the manager Felipe continues to call my work and harass my employer regarding my payment. I work for an incredibly reputable and upscale global hotel chain and they do not take calls of these nature, I spoke with the corporate office for this location and they informed me the first thing I need to do is contact the store and let them know the calling of my work should be set as blocked, as is with them, the corporate office and to try to set payments up as to how I can repay. I complied with both of these requests. I spoke with the "manger" Felipe and I gave him the information that his corporate office passed on to me, when I mentioned the fact that my place of work should be off limits as they have it blocked at his own corporate office he most arrogantly said: " We will continue until it's collected." He said also "You are in no position to ask anything of me." He proceeded by hanging up on me. I called back and I said I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, he then again hung up on me. I called a third time asking to be transfered to another employee and was left on the line indefinitely. Please reconsider doing business with these people, I'm not sure who decided to give this man the position as manager, but I'd encourage them to reconsider that as well. In my 6 years of dealing with customers ,even unruly ones, which i was not, ( simply asked this man to follow the law and corporate policy) I have never treated a client like this in any way.
