She double checked the money I gave her and the pesos she gave me. She was very polite and not once made me feel like she was in a hurry to get the line down behind me. She waited until I had walked away from the window to call the next customer. Employees like Noemi are the reason I continue to make the drive from Whittier to buy pesos and send money abroad.

But there was no need for being so rude and nasty, furthermore, in 32 years I have never experienced that rule ANYWHERE. The manager has replied to my comment before, I hope he does so now. 4/10/26 Went in Friday morning right after getting off work…read moreat 5am to cash a payroll check and there was this short female hispanic employee who was the only one there and seemed to be in a bad mood gave me attitude, was rude and condescending her customer service was unacceptable. I'm a supervisor myself and I would fire her, she should be grateful to have a job at these current times. I understand working at 5am might not be everybody's cup of tea and obviously not hers and has to go. Time for a replacement. I'm sure management is aware of this employee. Avoid going in early to avoid such miserable being.

The customer service has always been great and Jeannette is awesome, she is the manager and the longest person that's been their so she knows all her customer by name and knows the biz. The other employees are always so welcoming as well. So when ever you need to cash a check right quick, pay a bill, (Credit cards and utilities) do western union, get foreign money exchanged into American money, reload your bus pass, trade in your gift cards to get some cash, registrant your car and get the tags, or ask for a payday advance this is the place to go to. I'm sure their are other services they offer but I'm not knowing all of them.
