The lady on the phone informed me it was cash only and I can sell back the money I don't use at the current exchange rate at the same of return. The cashier lady was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I asked her about the Yen and she informed me of the exchange rate information. The transaction was fast and easy. Now I was like WTF is this?! So earlier I called, 2:45pm, & the clerk basically told me because I'm a Caregiver, they don't see it as my job & it's they're policy to deny me because of it! I tried to explain nicely to her that yes ma'am this is a job, I earn income & then she rudely interrupts me, refusing to give me her name & kept saying no it's not a job, go somewhere else ...TF!
