I don't fn get it! I am almost NEVER rude to ANYONE when seeking some type of retail service! Most of the time NOT even AFTER I'm shown rude & ugliness in their attitudes, tones of voice & facial expressions! So I just said forget those ugly broads! (I'm referring to their attitudes but they were both pretty UNattractive on the outside too! :/ Lol.) & I drove my car, literally running on fumes & had NO $, to this place on Chapman & prospect JUST to get good customer service! Solely due to the other chicks on Tustin St. right before Palmyra. They DEF had NO place or reason to be so mean & ugly towards me & CLEARLY don't know what giving good customer service really means! This lady working here, was very friendly & didn't show any signs that she had an ugly heart! :) She was very pleasant & kind & ACTUALLY smiled most of the time I was there! As opposed to the ugly chicks that didn't smile NOT ONCE at me the WHOLE time I was there nor did they greet me upon entering the vacant store! (except ONE other person) Thank u to the pretty lady at cool cash! Well done hun! Lol. :) U deserve a raise or award! :)

CAREGIVERS BEWARE!! CASH PLUS DISCRIMINATES ALL CAREGIVERS SAYING IS NOT A JOB!!!…read more For caregivers looking for a payday loan that won't tell you your job isn't a paid job & all that, message me, I know a few good places! Let's get down to it! Yesterday online, I stumbled across Cash Plus since I needed a payday loan. Just $150 to get cat food & a few households items. I do have a payday loan elsewhere, but isn't due until next week. I applied for the loan & this morning, I wake up to get a denial because I have "Unsupported Income Type!" Now I was like WTF is this?! So earlier I called, 2:45pm, & the clerk basically told me because I'm a Caregiver, they don't see it as my job & it's they're policy to deny me because of it! I tried to explain nicely to her that yes ma'am this is a job, I earn income & then she rudely interrupts me, refusing to give me her name & kept saying no it's not a job, go somewhere else ...TF! CAN'T BELIEVE these assholes discriminated against me because I'm a caregiver! Telling me it's not a job? I have been caring for my mom over 20+ years & been a paid caregiver for 13 years this month! I saved my mom's life numerous times! Only family I got & all I'm trying to do is get $150! I work at home & enjoy what I do....IT IS A FKING JOB!! This is a first & I will let my union know this as well! I think a lawsuit against this place should suffice to put them in check! I'm the right one today! How dare yall people tell me what I do ain't a fking job, bch I pay bills with this job! Over $150 payday loan! CAREGIVERS BEWARE!

So apparently the giant neon sign saying "OPEN" is not what I should read. And the hours on the door in white lettering is also what I should not read. I'm supposed to read the PAPER in a plastic sleeve for THOSE hours. She was so rude and incredibly frustrating to be treated like that. I don't know what type of people she encounters every day, but there's no excuse when the business and herself have left the incorrect hours posted and the OPEN sign on past hours. Incredibly rude!

The year was 2025 and I was feeling finer than 20 mother flowering dimes. Just kidding. I called…read moreand asked if they were able to cash a settlement check that I had received because I was disrespected at Walmart. A class action one so I thought this place was going to be packed because everybody gets disrespected at Walmart, you feel me? Anyway, they close around 8:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. I called at 7:30 or so and asked if they would be able to help me out with my big baller check. They said sure and asked how much it was. That's when I got nervous. A lot of people and or check cashing spots aren't used to people that handle this amount of money like myself. I let her know that it was about $21 and change and she said oh okay yeah come on in. The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. That is probably one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, going back to the phone call. I was greeted with the angelic welcoming warm voice of a young lady named Maria. She told me her name and I thought it was talking to Aaliyah. She really rocked the boat when she told me that the check amount wasn't anything but a number I'm just kidding none of that happened but she was very professional and welcoming over the phone. So I showed up 45 seconds later drunk as hell jk again but yeah it was the smoothest a check cashing transaction has ever went. She was fast friendly and professional. I would say more but I'll just say that the customer service was exceptional. Maria was the best and she's a dodger fan so extra brownie points for her. I love you, Maria!
