Door says hours are until 8pm. Giant neon sign says OPEN, but when I knocked on the door the employee was incredibly rude. Said read the sign that says they're closed. So apparently the giant neon sign saying "OPEN" is not what I should read. And the hours on the door in white lettering is also what I should not read. I'm supposed to read the PAPER in a plastic sleeve for THOSE hours. She was so rude and incredibly frustrating to be treated like that. I don't know what type of people she encounters every day, but there's no excuse when the business and herself have left the incorrect hours posted and the OPEN sign on past hours. When life threw me a huge financial curve ball for 5 days. All funds unavailable. Payday loaned me gas and food money! Even with a bankruptcy due to medical reasons they literally fed me and I had gas money to earn as I'm self employed and use my car during working for Postmates delivering food. These 2 women that worked here had TERRIBLE customer service skills! Well, I think it was just me they were being rude to, despite how I was very polite the WHOLE time I was there no less! I noticed all the other customers that came in while I was there (who were mostly men & spoke Spanish/were Hispanic lil do they know IM MEXICAN!) the women were very friendly to them! Smiling & laughing with them, so I KNOW they have good customer service skills, however for whatever reason they were very rude to JUST ME. I wasn't being rude AT ALL, I kept saying please & thank u & noticed they NOT ONCE said your welcome OR even acknowledged I had said thank u each time. I just noticed they kept giving me dirty looks & that NEITHER of them smiled at me NOT ONCE! WTF?!
