    Completely satisfied with this dealership! My whole family owns a car from here..Carlo is the best person alive, man of his words and always there to help and answer your questions!! This will always be my go to...they really do make financing a car easy and fast, although they sell used cars...they make sure it's to your liking, mine honestly seems brand new and I love love it!

Our plan was to purchase the car on line and through email only. We did not want to go into any dealership and we had other provisions, such as no trade in, applying to the deal. So, we emailed all of our conditions to several local dealerships before we started shopping for the specific car. Once we selected the dealers we would work with, we sent out the specifics of the car we wanted to buy. Right away, Kenny got back to us and indicated they had no problem meeting our conditions, and not only that, but they had the exact car we wanted sitting, ready to go, right there on their lot. In no time at all, Kenny and Crevier came back with an excellent discount offer on the exact car we wanted and we emailed Kenny the deal was his. One of the reason this all went so smoothly was that Crevier had the car we wanted in stock. This certainly was not the case with many other local dealers. In order to get the best deal and the exact car you are looking for, our experience suggests the importance of working with a dealership carrying a large inventory. We handled all the paperwork and financials remotely in only 2 days and Kenny delivered our shiny new BMW to our home the very next day. Other than an undercover visit to check out the color, we did not go into the dealership. When he pulled up at our home, we were thrilled. When we first started emailing Kenny, he did not come back with any dealer-speak nonsense, responded to our specifics, and was very timely in his response. We could not say that about every other dealership. One local dealership actually responded by indicating they had one X2 in stock and if we liked it, they would work out everything else. That was not exactly the detailed kind of response we were looking for. When Kenny arrived with the car, he was very patient and understanding as he walked us through the features of the new BMW. He did all the set up to connect the phone to the car, helped us with downloading the BMW app, and explained the controls. He clearly knew his way around the car and knew what he was doing. This is our first BMW and the first time working with Kenny and Crevier. I doubt it will be our last. DB

This week though, I made the decision on trading in my 2022 Subaru Outback Premium to the new 2026 Subaru Outback, same trim level. I was able to meet with Joshua, who mentioned that he had just started working for Subaru, but has had years of experience in sales. First off, Joshua was very welcoming and just talking to him was very pleasant, in the sense that we were just able to have a regular conversation without feeling the pressure of having to sign any papers before getting a chance to look at the car (I say this because I previously stopped at another Subaru dealer, and right off the bat was sat down and asked to sign a form about my information not being shared with other third parties). I was able to see what was in stock, and the one that caught my eye was the Magnetite Grey, which looks great with the black cladding. After checking out the interior, I was sold. I had Joshua run my Carfax for a 2022 Subaru and was able to get a great offer to use towards as a down-payment towards the 2026. I honestly was quite happy that I was able to get a great trade-in value, even with 72,665 miles on the car, making me feel reassured about my decision with going with another Subaru. A special shout out to Alvaro, he made the paperwork process easy, fast, and we were done within 20 minutes. Happy to have done business with Subaru Orange Coast, and would highly recommend on getting a car from this location.

While the paperwork indicated that the service could take until the end of the day, I was verbally informed by the associate that it would take approximately 3-4 hours. This inconsistency in communication created unclear expectations and caused inconvenience when the service ultimately took 8 hours to complete. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill totaling $281. This included $195 for the diagnostic and additional charges for an A/C (Freon) service. I was neither informed of nor did I authorize any work on my A/C system. When I raised this concern, I was told that because I did not respond to a text message, they proceeded with the service without my explicit consent. Only after I questioned the charge was it removed, and I was told I had received the Freon "for free." Unfortunately, this was communicated in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unauthorized services, unexpected charges, inconsistent communication, extended service times, and dismissive customer interactions are unacceptable. I expect transparency, explicit consent before any additional work is performed, and respectful treatment as a customer. Last time I'm coming here. I'll drive farther for better service.

    I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.
