I tried calling to get some info and the man that answered was very rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am not going to write long review and explaining here to waste people's time and my time…read more all places have good and donw side. no bitching, not back stabbing, or no dung behind the curtain type of place so far. I stop by here frequently. and i tell my networks to do so as well. Cheers

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

Great customer service Very kind and knowledgeable staff…read more Great price and great quality of the vehicles Will recommend this dealership to everyone I know Thank you

I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but I'm sharing this so other buyers are aware…read more I contacted Nash Auto in Costa Mesa about a 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition VIN WVGRV7AX2HK009632 and worked with Marcy Hernandez. From the start, I was clear that I was ready to move forward and simply needed a clean, transparent out the door or otd price in writing before coming in. I was told the numbers weren't finalized because they didn't have my zip code and that what I had received was "just a quote." After I provided my zip code and continued asking for a corrected itemized otd, I was sent multiple deal summaries for the same vehicle, each with different numbers. The $11,234.54 otd figure only appeared after I specifically asked for the warranty to be removed so the deal would be straightforward. I was then told the GM had "discounted" it, but no updated written breakdown reflecting that change was ever provided. Despite repeatedly asking for transparency, additional deal summaries followed showing completely different figures including over $17k and then $15k listed as "cash down," higher taxes and fees, and thousands of dollars in "additional products" that were never discussed or agreed to. This was all for the same vehicle, same vin. When I again asked for a clear, accurate itemized otd in writing, communication stopped. Shortly after, I was told the vehicle had been sold. However, later the same day a friend called the dealership and spoke with Lynn who said the same Tiguan was still available and attempted to schedule an appointment. I was also contacted by Marcy separately about another vehicle supposedly "coming in tomorrow." I have screenshots of the texts and every deal summary showing these inconsistencies. I walked away. Being unable to obtain a single clear otd despite repeatedly asking and combined with shifting numbers and conflicting statements about availability were major red flags. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and carefully verifying the math if you consider buying here.

I worked with Agnes at the CarMax Costa Mesa location, and she was incredible from start to finish…read more What should have been a straightforward payoff turned into a complicated situation involving multiple companies, delays, and a lot of back-and-forth. Through all of it, Agnes stayed on top of everything. She was responsive, patient, and actually took the time to follow up and get real answers -- something that was not easy to find elsewhere during this process. She even went as far as contacting my lender directly to confirm payoff details and keep things moving, which ultimately helped me get everything finalized. In a situation that was honestly frustrating and stressful, she was the one person who made it feel manageable. If you're working with CarMax, ask for Agnes. She gets it done. Thank you again -- truly appreciate the help.

Carmax generally takes more for your cars than Carvana btw. I was able to walk the parking lot and look at cars with my dad at ease. When dealing with someone at Carmax, we were met with Winston. He made the whole process go smoothly and was friendly and funny. Trade in assessment took 45 minutes, if that. We were done with the paper work and financials on our next visit when we brought the car to actually trade in. Overall, my new car is sworking great and under manufacturer warranty. Happy with my purchase from this Carmax. Lots of options of cars online and to test drive at this lot. Highly Recommend!
