Noah was great to work with. I had been searching for a specific model with specific features for 9 months after an accident with my previous vehicle. I talked to countless dealers and finally lost patience and contacted Noah through a referral from a friend. Noah was incredibly kind, helpful, and always reachable no matter what. He got me a price I felt confident in, managed the entire dealer relationship, and was helpful several times when small issues with the dealer popped up. Can only recommend.
I was undecided on using a car broker for my recent car purchase, as I already knew what I was looking for and did significant research on pricing. The issue I was running into was that the car I was interested was in high demand and I was either getting spammed by dealerships I had no interest in dealing with or I was not getting contacted by the dealerships that I put inquiries in with. I heard about SoCal Auto Brokers randomly through my local FB groups and decided to look them up. Noah and Leo made the process so simple. I told them the car I was looking for, the color options I preferred the most, and the finance options I was considering. They were able to locate my preferred options, secured my financing, and had my car delivered directly to my door. I was a little skeptical about working on purely verbal agreements at the beginning, but both representatives of Hyundai of Anaheim and SoCal Auto Brokers showed up to my door right on the scheduled time and I signed all the paperwork on the spot. Noah and I even came to an easy agreement on him purchasing my old vehicle, which he drove off with after all transactions were completed. I plan to use Noah and his team again for all other future car purchases I make.
Everything went well. I have been putting off getting a new car for years for the simple fact I did not want to deal with the salesman at a dealership. Yes, that is the main reason for me waiting so long to get a car. My daughter told me I need to get a car broker. The one she recommended had retired. She went on yelp and read the reviews for this company and suggested it to me. Boy was I glad I used them. The experience I had was I knew exactly what car I wanted did not have a back up plan. I knew I only wanted this car and no other car and I was very fortunate to know of a dealership in their area that had the exact car that I wanted.. contacted Anthony at this company and he made it happen without any stress on my part. They go out of their way at this place to make sure you have a pleasant experience. If you tell them exactly how much or how little you want to deal with the dealership that will be handling the car you want, they will accommodate your request!!! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything that will be happening with your car. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and Noah in any car transaction that you might be considering in the future. Give them a call. I believe you will be very pleased just as I was.
Noah is the best person I've worked with EVER! He is very responsive and gets the best deals. He's also a wonderful human that cares about his customers and his family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used him for my last five cars. There is no reason to go to a dealership that gives you the run around for hours. Every time I get a car through him, I'm out of finance in 30 minutes. The absolute BEST.
Both Steve and Noah are great at what they do! From start to finish they both tirelessly answered my questions and took great care of me. Yeah, I had a lot of questions! They always took their time to answer and to offer alternative ideas. I'm so happy I was referred to So Cal Auto Brokers. Steve worked so hard to find this truck for me. I wasn't looking for a new truck, and I had specific "must haves" on my used truck list. There weren't many options out there that had what I wanted and needed . . . but we found the truck! It has more options than I wanted/needed. I'm very pleased with my purchase! Steve made this process so simple for me and it was a breeze to make the purchase! He was there for me every step of the way until we departed after the purchase. Wow, I just can't thank them enough. One of my concerns is that I don't do business from Friday night to Saturday night. We had contracts signed at sunset Friday night! What a blessing! Not only did Steve care about making the right deal on the right truck, but he honored my requests as well. One other benefit of using SoCal Auto Brokers: they offer warranty services. Noah explained how to add on a warranty, what options there are, costs, different companies, etc. No pressure. He just explained everything to me. I am buying my truck warranty through SoCal Auto Brokers. I highly recommend SoCal Auto Brokers! I have been recommending them to my friends who are looking for a car and will continue to do so. All I have to say is Angie is Awesome. I was looking to trade my Kia Sorrento didn't have the time. I contacted Angie and everything was done by text and phone. 1st Call was Monday and on Sunday I went into the Dealer signed papers and drove home with a New Kia K5 2025. Thanks Again Angie, You are Awsome! Made this transaction so easy.
Last two times I bought or leased a car from a dealership, I ended up waiting 5+ hours from start to finish. These experiences were also replete with plenty of gotchas (added costs, upselling, etc). With Noah and SoCal Auto Brokers, I told them exactly what I wanted and it showed up at my doorstep with no waiting, headache, etc. And the quotes were extremely competitive (they beat anything I saw being offered by dealers) and upfront/transparent. There were no "gotcha" fees. They are honest and excellent partners to have when buying or leasing a car. I will never go back to a dealership again to buy or lease--these folks are now my go-to guys. On top of everything, they are kind and have excellent customer service. No one's quotes were close to the deal that Noah was able to get, and he was able to get me the best deal in selling my old car back. He was so quick and efficient to show various options and payment plans for a number of different cars to help guide my decision making, and was so patient in answering all my questions. He explained everything every step of the way. My old car was picked up and the new one dropped off directly to my house, such a quick and seamless process without needing to go into a dealership. He tells checkout the Palisade and tell me what you think. My wife and I instantly loved the car. Great experience with SoCal Auto Broker. They made the whole process super easy, no dealership visits, no back and forth. They literally came to meet me with the new car, took my old one, and everything was done in about 30 minutes. Abdul was awesome to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Liz was so helpful getting me in touch with a great salesperson and finding the exact truck I wanted. This was no easy task, as I wanted a fully loaded Off-Road Tacoma in Underground Grey. That was easy. Conventional car shopping is for suckas. They took care of all of it. Noah got me the horse I wanted but thought was out of budget. The coolest part was I didn't have to play the game with the blood sucking dealerships. First time using a broker but it was quick and painless, well worth it and the deal was described as "very aggressive" by more than one source familiar with the industry. read more
