This is now my third vehicle, that I have purchased with Larry. Every time I purchase a vehicle the experience has been the best customer service. It always feels like what I choose are difficult to find but Larry always finds the exact vehicle I am looking for. The whole process of choosing a vehicle, choosing the features and color was so easy. I sent the specific details of what I wanted and Larry found my car. The vehicle was delivered to my house and the purchase was completed there. It was just such an easy process with no stress from beginning to end. I really appreciate all the help Larry has given me to find the perfect car for me every time over the years. I have referred all my friends and family to Okuma, and especially to Larry and I will continue to do so. read more

This was the first time using a broker to purchase a car. I discovered Okuma Enterprises while doing online research and I couldn't be happier with their results. It was such a smooth and easy experience that I can't imagine buying a new car any other way. Evan work closely with me and not only saved me money, but also the hassle and time that I didn't have to spend going to different dealerships to find the vehicle I wanted. Not to mention not having to deal with salespeople upselling me. They are professional, courteous and willing to help every step of the way. Don't hesitate going with Okuma if you're buying a car. It's a no-brainer. Thanks Okuma, and thank you, Evan! read more

I heard about Okuma from a friend several years ago but did not end up using them to purchase my first car. After having PTSD of dealing with car dealerships, when we were in the market for Toyota Highlander Hybrid we contacted Okuma. Since the vehicle is high in demand, we knew we would have to spend hours searching and talking with dealerships. Evan was able quickly to find one without dealer add ons at in our preferred color and interior at a reasonable price. The vehicle was delivered right to our home and the process of purchasing was so easy. We were so happy to not to haggle and spend hours at dealerships! Thanks Evan! read more

Great car buying experience. No haggling. They do it for you. Just tell them what you want and they will find it for you. Car is delivered to you and you sign a few papers. No up sell like the dealership. read more

Another solid 5-star experience. This is my third time working with Okuma Enterprises for a new car and I couldn't be happier. I've been meaning to write a review for a while now! I can't say enough wonderful things about Zina and Okuma Enterprises!!! I consistently refer friends to Zina. Buying a car is such a horrible experience but not if you use Okuma Enterprises. They made buying a new car pleasant and easy. No haggling with car salesmen and no fees to use Okuma Enterprises. I spoke to Jay on a Monday, told him what car I wanted and on Wednesday morning my new car was delivered to my home. Jay did an amazing job of finding a very high in demand car (i.e. Prius) in the exact color and options I wanted in two days! And the price was below MSRP! Jay was so very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The service I received from Jay was nothing less than outstanding! I will always use Jay and Okuma Enterprises to buy cars in the future and recommend them to all my friends and relatives. read more

Loved working with Okuma! Evan was super quick to respond once I requested for a quote. He got back to me a couple days later with the exact model and car that I wanted and found the best deal possible. He was willing to reach out to the dealer and try to negotiate even further (we were unsuccessful but still appreciated the effort). Delivery of the car was super smooth, flexible and made the car buying experience soooooo easy. My wife and I are super busy and don't have time to go different dealerships and trying to negotiate with them...so this was super convenient. Evan was super available through email, text and phone. Will definitely reach out again when I need to buy/lease another car and will recommend my family when they are shopping for a new car. read more

A friend recently purchased a car from Okuma and highly recommended them. I contacted them and Zina helped me find the car I wanted. She was even able to get the car in the color I wanted, which wasn't an easy task as the car came mostly in white, black or silver. She found my Nori Green Lexus NX350 and was able to procure it. Zina was very friendly and a joy to work with. When I told some friends I was getting my car from Okuma Enterprises, they were happy to know they were still in business as their parents had bought previous automobiles from them. Zina mentioned that the family has owned this business since 1962 so they must be doing something right! If you are in the search for a new car, give them a call. read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Evan and cannot recommend him enough. Evan made the entire process of buying a new car and selling our old one incredibly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Evan was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right fit for our needs. What truly stood out was how responsive and communicative he was throughout the entire process -- he kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we never felt lost or overwhelmed. Whether you are buying, selling, or both, Evan handles everything with professionalism and care that is hard to find. We could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Evan and Okuma Enterprises to anyone looking for a seamless and trustworthy car buying or selling experience. We will certainly look to them again for any future vehicle needs. read more

This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Okuma. Still remember my late Mother getting a 1980 Honda Accord from Okuma. Takes the leg work out. I ended up getting my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD for a very good price. Much better than I was getting by calling dealers and getting quotes. Evan was a really nice low pressure person. Would recommend this for someone who doesn't want to go through dealerships. read more

I was in the market for a new car and was planning to go to a dealership however, our neighbor recommended to us a car broker they had used multiple times for the purchase of their car(s). Having never heard of a car broker before, I was initially a bit hesitant and skeptical, but I am so glad I contacted Okuma Enterprises as I really can't say enough about the convenient and exceptional service they provided! I don't think I could ever go back to the traditional method of buying through a dealership ever again. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Evan from Okuma Enterprises went above and beyond to help me find the car that met my preferences and needs and all around the price point I was targeting. One of the standout aspects of Okuma's service was their promptness and quick response. Whether it was answering my questions or providing updates, Evan was always on top of things and never kept me waiting. His communication was clear and efficient, making the whole experience incredibly convenient. Not only was Evan professional and knowledgeable, but he also displayed a genuine passion for his work. He took the time to understand my requirements and offered helpful insights and recommendations that ultimately led me to getting the car I had been eyeing. He also helped me with the trade-in of an existing car at a reasonable price as well. If you're in the market for a car and want an experience that is enjoyable, prompt and hassle-free, look no further than Okuma Enterprises! read more

I was referred to Okuma by a dear friend who said their service was top notch. Trusting them, I called and found Okuma Enterprises, Inc. to be very professional, courteous, responsive, trustful and effective. Within two weeks of my phone call, I was buying a new used and and selling my old used car. The final transaction happened at my home where I received a check and signed contracts to sell my old car and a tow truck came and picked it up from me. Perfect! Thank you, Evan! read more

I worked with Evan for securing a new vehicle. The entire process was seamless and easier (not to mention faster) than ANY auto purchase transaction I have ever had. He removed all of the stress of purchasing and dealing with the dealership, including a great price. Would highly recommend! read more

I would highly recommend Okuma Enterprises. This was my first time using an auto broker and I'm so happy I did. If you want someone else to do all the legwork and not have the stress of negotiating with a salesman, this is the route to go. I had several car models in mind and Evan took all my requirements down and he quickly came back with some cars for me. I wanted to test drive them which he arranged with the dealerships fleet mgr. let me tell you that was great because I didn't have to worry about the salesman trying to sale me their car. I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. When I saw I wasn't getting a good trade in amt, he suggested taking it to Carmax for a quote. In the end I went that way since I didn't want to hassle with selling the car on my own. I sold it to Carmax and didn't have to spend time trying to haggle with a buyer. The best part was the new car was delivered to my house and it was quick and painless. If I ever decide to buy another car in the future, I'll be sure to always use a car broker and Okuma Enterprises. I'm telling all my friends and family they should call Evan. read more

I had a great experience with Larry to purchase my new Toyota RAV4 from start to finish. As soon as I made an inquiry to Okuma, I was contacted via email the same day and connected to Larry. He reached out to me to clarify what I was looking for and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. Initially I wasn't in a rush to buy, however when certain life situations occurred and I needed a vehicle sooner, I contacted Larry and it took less than a week for him to locate a car, get a deal, collect and submit my paperwork, and have the car delivered to my garage! After the delivery, Larry followed up with me and answered any questions I had. I never had to step into a dealership and deal with aggressive salespeople, which can be so daunting and my biggest reason I went to Okuma. I would definitely recommend Okuma to my friends and family and use them again in the future! Thank you Larry! read more

My wife and I made one trip to a dealer, found the car we wanted, got the specifications, and sent it over to Okuma. From there I never left my desk as I sold my existing car, bought my new car, and filled out the applications and forms all over phone and email. THIS IS THE WAY - the 5 star ratings do not lie! I needed a new car and called Zina at Okuma. I gave her my wish list as well as alternatives that I was open to. She got me the exact car I wanted, financing, and kept in constant communication. What would normally have been hours at the dealership took 20 minutes tops - a 10 minute initial call and 10 minutes receiving the car AT MY HOUSE. When the dealership where the car came from called me to follow up on something I forgot to sign, they raved about Zina and Okuma and how they've worked with them for a long time. read more

I contacted a couple of dealerships online and they didn't take my search/inquiry seriously nor did they really make an effort to find what I wanted to purchase. Instead, I went to Okuma and was contacted by Scott to let me know that Evan will reach out to me. Evan called me the following business day and was very pleasant over the phone. I gave him information on what I wanted and he worked on his search right away. Even though he found some good options, I made a change along the way and he was so accommodating. He found what I wanted but there were some things I would have also preferred, so he searched again to give me the ideal vehicle I requested. Not only were two of the things I wanted harder to find, but he made it happen. On the day my vehicle was delivered to me, I finally got to meet Evan and he was just as pleasant and kind as he was over the phone and through text. The whole process was easy. I can't recommend Evan enough and I even told others about him/Okuma. Highly recommended!!! read more

I have never worked with a auto broker and I was very skeptical to work with one but working with Okuma Enterprise was a game changer. I could honestly say that I am very particular when it comes to making big purchases and I have high standards for everyone who works in the service industry. Evan Okuma was so patient and kind with me throughout the entire process. I wasn't serious about purchasing a car- I was only "looking around" to see what the broker could offer and Evan did not disappoint. He patiently continued to send me offers (after many rejections from me), answered my 72 emails promptly and finally found the perfectly priced Genesis GV60 for me. He was not pushy AT ALL and I really felt like he had my best interest. The whole process was so smooth - Evan was able to have my old car sold and picked up at the same time the new car was delivered to my house. The whole paperwork took 15 minutes in front of my house. What a wonderful experience. I know I got a wonderful deal and I didn't have to take a step into the dealership. I bought my previous car at a dealership out of pressure and I regretted it so much. Thank you Evan Okuma and see you in a few years. read more

Over the last decade and a half, I've owned two cars and both of them were found by Okuma (specifically Larry Oshima). In fact, my entire family has consitently used Okuma as they've looked for new and used vehicles. Also a good number of my friends use them as well. All that's to say - the reason for this is because they're the best. Very transparent, very communicative, and they do find you really-really great deals while also helping you understand what you need and what you don't need. Here's another thing to think about. Think about your regular trip to the dealer. It's terrible. They take your keys for some bs "inspection" and essentially trap you there while they try and sell you all these contract add-ons that you don't need. In fact, I imagine that most people get anxiety when thinking about going to the dealer. Now take that and think about the opposite, that's Okuma. They tell you exactly what's not needed, no bs, they give you time to discuss and think about what you want in a time that works for you, you're not trapped in a dealer, and instead of trying to add on a billion things to your contract, they actually challenge the dealer to say "why do we need this? take it off." It's the confidence of knowing someone is taking care of you (rather than taking advantage of you). I plan to work with Okuma for the rest of my life. read more

For our first vehicle purchase in 10 years, Jay from Okuma Enterprises was recommend to us by a friend. I messaged him and he responded quickly and asked what we needed. I gave him a few models on a couple of cars and within a day he gave us some options which included the out the door price and delivery dates. After we narrowed down the exact car we wanted we gave the OK and as soon as the car was received by the dealership it was delivered to our home and Jay was there with the car to finish all the paperwork with us and answer any questions we had. Like many others, I despise going into a car dealership and all the time and stress it takes to purchase a car. With Okuma and Jay they had access to finding the model we wanted instead of us going into a dealership and the salesman trying to push the specific model they had on hand on had incoming to their dealership. Even if they could get a specific model from another dealership, the haggling of prices and extras such as dealer installed packages along with the salesman going back and forth to the manager's office is so frustrating. Jay had a price, the car, and the purchase was as easy as buying a TV at the store. One thing I do want to emphasize is that the price Jay at Okuma gave us for the vehicle we chose was less than any price any dealer I visited to test drive was able to give me. I've spoken to a handful a friends and family who plan to purchase a vehicle in the past 3 months since we bought our vehicle with the help of Okuma and have pleaded with them to give Jay a call. read more

I just had the best car-buying experience of my life! I didn't even know the auto broker business existed before this. They make the process simple, pleasant, stress-free, and even offer home delivery. Larry, the senior consultant at OKUMA Enterprises, Inc. is truly the best! In mid-July, I lost my car in an accident. Without a vehicle, I had to rely on buses for groceries and taxis for doctor appointments. It quickly became difficult to get anywhere, and I needed a replacement car fast. On July 31, a friend--who has used OKUMA services for years to purchase new cars for his family--referred me to Larry. On Friday, August 1, my friend helped me email Larry about the type of vehicle I was interested in. By Tuesday, August 5, Larry had found the exact car at a great price. Just two days later, on August 7, my dream car was delivered right to my home. The entire paperwork process took less than 10 minutes. Larry and Jeff, the manager at Timmons Subaru, made everything incredibly smooth. I am 100% satisfied with OKUMA's outstanding service. OKUMA Enterprises lives up to its motto: "Take care of the customer." After 60+ years in business, they mean it. I am deeply grateful to Larry for his speed, professionalism, and genuine care. From the bottom of my heart--thank you, Larry. You are Number One! OKUMA Enterprises--two thumbs up! read more
