    I had a great experience with Larry to purchase my new Toyota RAV4 from start to finish. As soon as I made an inquiry to Okuma, I was contacted via email the same day and connected to Larry. He reached out to me to clarify what I was looking for and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process. Initially I wasn't in a rush to buy, however when certain life situations occurred and I needed a vehicle sooner, I contacted Larry and it took less than a week for him to locate a car, get a deal, collect and submit my paperwork, and have the car delivered to my garage! After the delivery, Larry followed up with me and answered any questions I had. I never had to step into a dealership and deal with aggressive salespeople, which can be so daunting and my biggest reason I went to Okuma. I would definitely recommend Okuma to my friends and family and use them again in the future! Thank you Larry!

All the other auto brokers not only took forever to respond (days sometimes) but didn't even try to come up with alternatives for me when they couldn't find what I wanted. Other brokers were full of excuses but not George. I worked with George, from Driven, throughout the entire process and he was super responsive with the quickest turnaround times. He was easy to work with, always on top of everything, and answered all my questions. Unlike other auto brokers I had been working with, George made sure to stick to ALL the parameters I gave him and looked for the best price he could find. While other brokers wasted my time by trying to talk me out of what I wanted (probably because they couldn't find it under my budget), George didn't try to fight me on what I wanted and got to working right away. He got back to me with something in less than 20 hours that was $2,800 under my budget. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right car. I wanted the Bolt. What he found was the Volt. Understandably, he got those mixed up but he was able to get back to me an hour later with a quote for proper car. Although the out-the-door price was $2,300 over what I was asking for, it was still $228 lower than the price I got when I was doing my own research a month prior. I knew I wasn't going to get a better price than that because there were only four certified pre-owned Bolts within a 500-mile radius when I was shopping around getting out-the-door quotes from dealerships, and most of them didn't have all the things I wanted. So not only was I getting a deal, but it had EVERYTHING I was asking for: the color, the mileage, the heated seats, and it was certified pre-owned. Before I went in to test drive the car - my plan was to drive away with the car if I liked it and everything seemed fine - the dealer had me sign a Purchase Contract in order to hold the car for me until the weekend when I could drive down there to pick it up. I noticed that the contract was $10.46 more than what George had quoted me. When I bugged him about it, he agreed to send me a $10 Amazon gift card to appease my displeasure. When I got to the dealership, test drove the car and liked it, they had me sign an Options Contract so that I could drive away with the car agreeing that my credit union - that I was financing the car through - would send them the payment check within seven days. After the deal went through and all the paperwork was signed, George followed up with me to make sure everything went according to plan and emailed over that Amazon gift card he owed me. All-in-all, I was very happy with the entire car-buying experience while I was working with George. He did all the hard work and made it stress- and hassle-free for me. All I had to do was go in, test the car out, sign some paperwork, and off I went with the car I wanted. If you want someone who can produce results quickly, George is definitely your man.

I had done lots of research beforehand, and it was immediately clear that all of them were being underhanded with their pricing. This is where George came in. After I messaged him via Yelp, George responded right away. He heard me loud and clear about what kind of car I wanted, and immediately got to work finding me the best deal he could. We spoke on the phone, and he explained his process, and even offered me other solutions (another model of a similar car) if I really wanted to hit my target out-the-door price. He really went above and beyond in answering all my questions about taxes and fees worked, and how car dealers price their vehicles. Ultimately, I decided to stick with my plan of buying a 2020 Prius Prime, and George got me some quotes for an out-the-door price which were ALL under the lowest I was able to get at a dealership. I had sold my car a day before, and George offered to go out of his way to come pick me up and take me to the dealership to sign the paperwork which was a level of customer service I really did not expect. Once we got to the dealer, he was there every step of the way to advise and help when needed. I am so happy with my new car, and definitely would recommend George's broker services in the future. I literally can't stop telling my coworkers and friends about how much easier it was. You can be assured you're getting a great deal and it comes with ZERO of the headaches. He provided me some recommendations and gave feedback on some examples that I had found myself. Ultimately we went with his suggestion and he contacted the dealership and nailed down the pricing and details so that we could minimize the time spent at the dealership. Unfortunately there were technical problems at the dealership that ended up making us spend 4 hours there, but that was beyond Shawn's control. Shawn did stay in contact with us throughout the process to ensure that the dealer addressed our concerns and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process. He was even able to get us better financing at the dealership on a CPO car than my own credit union was able to provide! We are now the happy owners of a newish car and would not hesitate to recommend One Source to anyone in search of a new vehicle.
