Bought a used car from them not too long ago and maybe it was just me but I guess I didn't see some things that were wrong with the car. They were cosmetic not mechanical things btw. They could've been upfront about the things but they were not. The glove compartment completely fell off when I first opened it, the switches on the driver side completely came off when I closed the door after about 1 month. Some of the lights on the dash and center consoles don't come on at night. I have had to fix so many little things on the truck and I get it it's used but it's crazy how many things were either broken or didn't work. Also the windshield washers didn't work. And I can go on, but it's not really things you should look out for, when you buy a car used or not, these are the type of things you expect should work. I had a great experience with this dealer. Mario helped me look at the truck that I wanted, a 2006 Hummer H2. He was very helpful and took me on a test drive. I loved the truck right away and told him to write it up. The owner, Alex came in as we were doing the paperwork and discussing financing. Alex was supper helpful, and had a great sense of humor, so we were having some good conversation. Alex help direct me to the best finance option for me, and Mario gave me a referral for good insurance since I wasnt happy with my current provider. Everything was great! The reason why I'm giving AD car bros a one star is cause they didn't fix the problem with my car engine within the car warranty. The car I had bought from them has a noise that is coming from the engine when it's cold only. I also had left my car with Alex for a week to get the problem fixed and when came back to pick up my car it still had the same problem nothing got fixed lo. Alex had told me it's cause the car is old but when I took my car to my family's mechanic the mechanic had informed me that I had to get my car timing chain replaced and it's gonna cost me 2,000 to fix it. So I found this ad on craigslist looking for my next vehicle. I spoke to the "Alex" the man in charge on the phone concerning this civic that I saw. He was extremely polite, considerate and understanding of all the questions I had prepared for him regarding this car! So I decided a couple weeks later to pursue this other car, which was a Mercedes in Pasadena that I really wanted and when I got there it was already sold. he biggest B S You can get is Right from the Owner Alex Alfonso one Lie After the other I bought 2013 Nissan Altima and paid or it I told Mario to make sure both keys to be ready when I pick up the car he told me don't worry it will be ready. before I went to pick up the car Alex call me and told me the car is ready for pick up I mention to him about the two set of the key he told me there is only one key.I told him that Mario told me that it will be ready he claim that may be he said it may be not Mario Don't remember .that was the first lie when I went to pick up the Car on-1-11-2020 the second person at the dealer by the name Mario was trying to make one remote out of two damage ones and the one they gave me is damage and the floor mat are missing from the car so the owner Alex Alfonso took picture of the damage remote control and promise me that he will get parts for it ,and will get me a floor mat because its part of the deal first week went by nothing he claim he forgot to order the part and he will have it on the second week on the second week he told me that he order it and it should be there on Friday again Nothing third week I call him he promise it will be there on Wednesday I call him he lie to me again an told me that he is going to get it on Friday at 3:00 PM he send me text message telling me that not to go before I call him I call he lie to me again and told me to go at 7:00 PM to pick it up I said to him I will stop by on Saturday I call him on Saturday he told me well I will get it for you at place send me the address I text him the address and told me you will get it on Monday 2-4-2020 Monday pass by Nothing I call him today nothing he told me that he did not get it he will call me when he get the part so as you see one lie after the an Other.
