I went in yesterday to see if I qualified for a loan because I'm currently going through a…read moredifficult financial time. I had my young son with me, and he had just woken up from a nap in the car, so he was understandably cranky when we arrived. Throughout the application process, I felt that the person helping me never acknowledged my son or showed much understanding of the situation. When I ultimately didn't qualify for the loan, I left feeling judged rather than supported. I understand that not everyone will qualify for a loan, and I completely respect that decision. However, I believe customers should still be treated with kindness and respect, especially when they are already experiencing a difficult financial situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or welcomed during my visit.

Excuse me what? You already received copies of my direct deposits ! What a fucking joke. There were also tons of homeless people arguing outside the parking lot as well. I had to keep checking my car to make sure it didn't get damaged. Don't even bother with this trashy place.
