Had a good experience with all except black-haired guy, I believe mngr/owner. I once again needed a small temporary loan & figured I'd go back since all went well 1st time. On Sat 3/8/25 I visited for another loan, older gentleman, nice guy took the time a little after closing to finish the loan & handed me my $1,500 check. Unfortunately, neither I nor the gentleman who took in my car did a quick check of the vehicle for scratches, dents etc. *I specifically washed my car & front windshield prior to dropping off vehicle, NO SCRATCHES. I return Thur 3/27 to recover. My car was on fumes & was afraid I'd run out of gas. Got into running vehicle then immediately drove to busy bee gas station right cross the street. Got home & noticed my car littered with deep scratches to my hood in 3 spots. I call Car Capital within 20 min of recovering my car to inform them. I brought the car back as requested to show mngmnt & they completely denied any wrongdoing, acting dumbfounded. They offered to try & buff it out. The nice worker in the lot stated," I am so sorry this happened to your car". Also, "There are a bunch of stray cats that come in at night & they have kittens". I also saw with my own eyes a car in their lot with car cover on it being held down by 2 by 4 wood pieces bouncing up n down on hood from wind. The scratches did not come out as the clear coat was damaged. It's a COMPLETE EYESORE now. There were no scratches on my pristine vehicle until after I recovered it from CAR CAPITAL Collins Ave. Orange, CA. The black-haired guy offered to pay only half of the professional body shop bill to repaint clear coat. I told him I don't have $500 + dollars to fix the new paint damage to my car. Now every time I see those deep scratches all over my hood on my otherwise pristine car I think of Car Capital & how they FU#*ED my car up. So, if you want a loan & DON'T care about getting your vehicle damaged by all means CAR CAPITAL might be for you. Either those cats laid on the hood scratching with their cougar nails or they laid 2by4s on my vehicle, scratches are deep.

Back in 2016, I found myself in need of a couple thousand dollars and after some research of local businesses that could assist me, I decided to go with Car Capital Finance and request a car title loan. Although the amount wasn't very much in the grand scheme of things, but at the time I was living "paycheck to paycheck" and I knew I would be paying quite a bit more in the end (after interest), but I was desperate and their wonderful staff made it as painless for me as possible by spreading out my payments for several years so that I could have a chance to "catch up" on my personal finances. Reminder: if you need this type of assistance you should already know interest rates won't be low, especially if you have questionable credit, as I did at the time; at least go with a finance company that actually "cares" about it's clients. Chris and his staff were not only nice and helpful but continued to treat me as a "friend" and were very patient with me, sometimes I had better months than others, and they always did their best to make sure I wouldn't default by always being in communication with me, wether by phone or email. They weren't the "type" of people to want to take your possessions or make you feel guilty or pressure you, again-as long as you communicate with them with honestly and earnestly and have a plan to resolve. I liked going in to the office to make my payments, as I enjoyed seeing them and catching up and saying "Hello". As long as you remain honest and show effort, they are willing to assist you. I finally paid off my debt in 2019 and the staff was genuinely happy for me and handed over my lien release with a smile and excited for me to "move" on. Recently, I had moved out of state and in the process of registering my car, I had realized that I misplaced my car title in the hundreds of boxes that were packed and moved and I reached out to Chris requesting another copy of it and without any hesitation, assured me it would be sent to me via my new address and even remembered me after all of this time. It speaks volumes of how they treat and interact with their clients-new and old and I couldn't be any more appreciative of their help and kindness and Car Capital Finance inadvertently are making at least this transition in my life much easier for me. I highly recommend them based on their customer service alone and tell Chris I sent you! May you have a great experience as I did!
