The woman was rude - some dude had his smelly feet up on a desk and didn't take them down upon our arrival. The woman insisted she had somewhere to be even though we showed up at 5:40p - she asked us to come back the next day. Isn't the point of this jip joint to get cash now at a 750% mark-up so I can enjoy the cash INSTANTLY? Bottom line lady, my face is on this review. You had your shot. You blew it. 1 star - because I can't go lower.

The first thing I noticed was a dog named Charlie. I think he belongs to one of the owners, because…read moreas far as I could tell, he wasn't trying to procure a loan. It's possible that he works there as security or even an accountant. With the progress we've made in civil rights, the dog could even be the CEO - I don't want to judge him based solely on the fact that he doesn't wear clothing. The women who greeted me were good-looking, which helps soften the blow of taking out a loan. It must be a business strategy. I was in an out in 5 minutes, and the cash saved my life. Literally. I was locked out of my car and used the check, along with some chewing gum, and a brick to "displace" the passenger window and escape the intolerable sun that would have ultimately led to heat stroke. Omgosh! This young woman had awesome customer service not to mention she was very pretty. :) (I…read morestrictly prefer men btw lol) So I drive from Payday Money Centers in Orange just because the two women who were working gave me an AWFUL & CLEARLY rude customer service experience from the MIN I fn walked in! I don't fn get it! I am almost NEVER rude to ANYONE when seeking some type of retail service! Most of the time NOT even AFTER I'm shown rude & ugliness in their attitudes, tones of voice & facial expressions! So I just said forget those ugly broads! (I'm referring to their attitudes but they were both pretty UNattractive on the outside too! :/ Lol.) & I drove my car, literally running on fumes & had NO $, to this place on Chapman & prospect JUST to get good customer service! Solely due to the other chicks on Tustin St. right before Palmyra. They DEF had NO place or reason to be so mean & ugly towards me & CLEARLY don't know what giving good customer service really means! This lady working here, was very friendly & didn't show any signs that she had an ugly heart! :) She was very pleasant & kind & ACTUALLY smiled most of the time I was there! As opposed to the ugly chicks that didn't smile NOT ONCE at me the WHOLE time I was there nor did they greet me upon entering the vacant store! (except ONE other person) Thank u to the pretty lady at cool cash! Well done hun! Lol. :) U deserve a raise or award! :)

A few months back I had an issue depositing a check which resulted in my account becoming…read moreoverdrawn. I was extremely upset and, during my break, I drove to the nearest NuVision branch on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. When I walked in, I was visibly frustrated--but Tess greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I explained my situation to her, and she immediately calmed me down and took care of the issue on the spot. Her sweet and understanding demeanor, along with how efficiently she resolved everything, completely turned my day around. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I also mentioned a dispute that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for over a month. Tess took the initiative and had it fully resolved by the next day. Since then, I've continued to work with her directly whenever I have any issues--because she's that reliable and helpful. Tess is truly an asset to your team, and I hope her exceptional service is recognized. She made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I'm very grateful for her support.
