The lady on the phone informed me it was cash only and I can sell back the money I don't use at the current exchange rate at the same of return. The cashier lady was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I asked her about the Yen and she informed me of the exchange rate information. The transaction was fast and easy. No one clearly…read moreexplained the delay, and I was never given proper communication during the entire week my check was held. I was told to come in the morning, but the owner didn't show up until 6 PM with no updates in between. That's not acceptable service. Also, the posted fee was $45, not $69. When I calmly questioned the discrepancy, I was met with hostility and yelling--not professionalism. Whether or not there was an agreement, customer service and respectful communication should still be a priority. I stand by my review and hope future customers are treated with more clarity and respect.
