Chase Bank - THE WORST BANK AND LOCATION

    Chase Bank

    (69 reviews)

I'm convinced that this is THE ONLY location in all of Chase that requires their employees to…read morerecount pre-strapped 5's. I've been to so many other Chase locations and nobody has ever recounted them with the machine in front of me. The crazier shit is that every single time I've been to this location they ran all the money back through the counter and encountered some kind of jam so they had to recount every fucking dollar over again. This location has consistently been the longest wait time for fucking deposits. Just go to any other Chase if you're depositing large amounts. I literally am given 100 and 500 straps from other Chase banks BECAUSE they don't require employees to recount that shit in front of customers. They don't hand out straps for 10's BECAUSE that would be the starting denomination to verify in front of customers that what they're giving is correct. Otherwise why the fuck would they hand out 500 straps? Fuck this location. Today, Mai Nguyen had to recount $12k in cash three times over, causing a huge line and then by the end of it claimed that I was short $500. I deliberately never tell the tellers how much I am depositing until the very end in order to avoid this kind of thing. How can I come in short of anything if I never told you my expected total deposit to begin with? Fucking bullshit. I told her that the amount she counted and verified with me the first time around was in fact the correct amount... If at the start I didn't tell you my total and you read me back my exact total by the end of the transaction then I know you counted it correctly. But if you tell me a total that doesn't match my expected total then you clearly counted wrong. Since she verified the correct amount with me the first time around already I have no fucking clue what inspired her to recount the cash. Like lady, I already said yes that is the correct fucking total. Why are you recounting it another two times and then claiming I am short $500? Like imagine not being told an expected deposit amount and then counting to 12k then telling the customer there's 12k total here. The customer says yup that's correct... Then you for some reason decide to recount it anyway and then have the audacity to say theres only 11.5k, you're short 500. That's essentially what happened here today. What do you fucking mean I'm short 500? You literally just counted to 12k in front of me. I didn't fucking reach through the glass and steal $500 back from you while you were distracted recounting the cash for the 5th fucking time or some shit. How could the total have possibly changed? In the end she had to recount it again to make sure that I wasn't 500 short. After she found out that I wasn't actually short $500 I asked what the issue was that caused her to believe I was 500 short and she said, "It's okay". What the fuck do you mean it's okay? What fucking mistake did you make? I want to fucking know so we can prevent it from happening again in the future. Or were you perhaps just trying to steal $500 from me? Biggest fucking waste of time ever to make a simple fucking deposit. Any other Chase location wouldn't have this issue cause they never have to count your pre-strapped cash. Why the fuck do I bother wasting time at home counting and strapping the cash if you're gonna recount it in front of me anyway? Close this branch down. Just look at the reviews! This location sucks and only exists to stain Chase's reputation.

On July 10, 2025, I went to a Chase ATM to deposit cash. I made two deposits. The first deposit of…read more$700 was successfully processed. The second deposit of $5,300 caused the ATM to encounter an error. The transaction was not processed, and the ATM did not return my cash. I immediately contacted Chase and reported the issue. I followed up multiple times, but Chase denied my claim and did not return the missing funds. I also requested the ATM camera footage from the time of the transaction, but Chase refused to provide it. I believe the bank has not properly investigated this matter. I am requesting assistance from the CFPB to ensure a fair review of my case and to have my missing $5,300 returned.
