The first thing I noticed was a dog named Charlie. I think he belongs to one of the owners, because as far as I could tell, he wasn't trying to procure a loan. It's possible that he works there as security or even an accountant. With the progress we've made in civil rights, the dog could even be the CEO - I don't want to judge him based solely on the fact that he doesn't wear clothing. The women who greeted me were good-looking, which helps soften the blow of taking out a loan. It must be a business strategy. I was in an out in 5 minutes, and the cash saved my life. Literally. I was locked out of my car and used the check, along with some chewing gum, and a brick to "displace" the passenger window and escape the intolerable sun that would have ultimately led to heat stroke. If you are in an unfortunate position to have to seek out a payday loan, it is even worse to find yourself here. Rebecca the owner and Traci her BFF will tell you their story of being wanna be former models who are now uhh business women? Yeah right. They are both snobby and condescending and only prefer to lend to their "buddies". As a recently divorce working mom, I found myself here a few times until they rudely stopped lending to me. I needed a loan a few times one year for urgent car repairs and once an unexpected electric bill. You think they would be sympathetic to a single working mom but NOoooo after I miscalculated my checkbook and bounced their payment onetime,they decided they were too good for me. Even though I came right in as soon as I found out and paid them in cash including extra fees, they still cut me off. It wasn't the end of the world for me as I did want to stop relying on these expensive loans but more so the complete rudeness in the way they treated me was so mean and unpleasant. They truly are the 'mean girls' of their trade. The ironic thing was I had seen them several times casually extending loan repayment dates to some of their more 'handsome' male customers and even allowing one fella to partial pay. Here I was a working Mom in temporary need and they treated me like scum. These gals are mean, unpleasant, rude, and they are in the business of taking advantage of unfortunate people in need. They are the bottom feeders, scavengers of the earth. They also can not do math so they are dumb as a door nail. Remember to check the math before you leave their establishment. read more

I have been doing business with Advance Payday for a long time and referred many people to them and for the most part never had a problem. However, last year I experienced extreme financial hardship (lost child support) and could not pay them back in the timeframe that they wanted. I tried to work out payments but I received anger and court documents instead. If you need extra cash and have no where else to turn but Advance Payday ok, but be careful that you find a way to pay them back or expect to be taken to court. I did not have any choice and its unfortunate that they felt that taking me to court was the only way to solve this issue. read more

Horrible customer service!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Just after a FEWS days of being late on making your payment the NONSENSE beings! Traci is VERY mean and rude! Just after a FEW DAYS...She had the audacity to send a letter to my place of business!! As you can imagine, as in most large corporations, mail gets opened, reviewed and distributed so lucky for me this caused a hostile and uncomfortable enviroment for me. Then Tracy played dumb and said. "oh, I've never heard of companies opening up other's mail". What a joke and how unprofessional! She could of easily sent a letter to my home but no, she felt it necessary to send it to my place of business! These ladies were nice in the beginning and as soon as the payment was late, nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!! This wasnt the best time in my life and I was working with a few other local companies but this was BY FAR THE WORST!!
