This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had a loan with them since 2018 and am current with all payments. I just called to see if I could get some relief for this payment due next week. Was on hold for a long time and was eventually told they cannot delay my payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for another lengthy period and the agent came on and said "I am transferring you now" it then went to a recording that said "voicemail is disabled at this extension" I cannot wait till I am done with this company. This company LOANME it's a horrific lender you ask for a small amount and then they push for a greater amount for they do not discuss the interest neither payment until your in it then you see that the interest is way above any regular interest but over 500 per cent they picture it so darn easy and then when you run OUT OF founds that you borrow they sue you and garnished your wages leaving you with ZERO $$ to pay your home your bills you are forced practically into being depressed And unable to do more then beg the home mortgage for additional time until you get cut up then you have to go to court and the judge I'm thinking has been bought out cause he won't even let you talk and explained the situation they just monsters and terrible lender do not get on it then not only that after you pay and finish paying you still own them from the time you are paying them again they charge 2 percent per day on the same amount and that you don't know until you get another citation from another court so they DO NOT LET YOU FINISH!!!!! Then when you find out your again stuck with another law suit that again your unable to pay from all the years you ended up paying original loan was only $1000 and I've got stuck with a $6000 I've send them 4 payments of $850 each and those didn't even count plus the $money they took out of my bank was then $1800 for my payments totally I've pay them more then $15,347 plus the 4 payments and the $$ they withdraw from my account I've still got all my pay stubs showing how much they got ...... and now again just got another letter from them telling me I still owe them $3033.73 so when do they ended as you can see never so they Do not deserve stars it's 0 star I will let BBB regarding this outraging lender they never get Enough......!!!!!!!! Was on a payment arrangement from 9/11/19. Called every month and was told to pay "late Fees". Reiterated every call that their are no late fees on payment arrangement. Called to make last payment and was told that an additional 54$ in "legal Fees" were due. No legal fees of 27x2 was on the payment schedule I was given and agreed to. Says I was mistaken. "late fees" were actually "legal fees" and that they were due or I was in breech of my agreement. This company works with shady companies in order to settle your account and apparently they feel they are above the law on these matters. Below is my complaint about the illegal and unlawful practices of a debt collection agency called Orion Capital Solutions, LLC. Although they are the company that violated the law (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act), Loan Me is still guilty by association. Do not take out a loan with them because they are predatory and hit you with a ridiculous interest rate. Below is my complaint left on Google, Facebook, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I received a call today on 4/22/2020 from a fictitious number leaving a very vague message from a representative at the extension 101. On the same day a friend sent a screenshot of the voicemail to text, that the same representative called and left. Today on April 22, 2020 was the first time I have heard from this company. I googled the number and found it belongs to Orion Capital Solutions, LLC. Below is a transcription of the voicemail that was left by the representative. "Hi Good morning Ms. Bobineaux, this is Haley. I am reaching out to you Dominique in regards to the notification that my office has sent out to your mailing address. It's in reference to the paperwork that we have here concerning yourself. We still as of today have yet to get any sort of response from you and prior to making any sort of recommendations, I'm really hoping for an opportunity to go over the full details of this with you directly. If this is something that you would like your input considered on before anything is decided, I'll be here today until about 6 O' clock Eastern time. My direct number here is (888) 441- 7563 extension is 101. Thank you" When I returned the call, the representative was very aggressive and stated that this was regarding a debt that was referred to them in July of 2019. She was still very vague, and I questioned how she got the contact for my friend and why she would contact a third party regarding this supposed debt. I also asked why so much time had passed before I was contacted regarding this supposed debt, why I had not received any written notice about the supposed debt, and that usually after 30-60 days of no response from the debtor the debt is attached to the credit history she claimed that it was sent via email. I also stated that this is not normal behavior for a collection company and formal written validation of debt is required on the debt collectors' part per the Fair Debt Collections Act. The representative became irate and told me that was false and not how collections accounts were handled and that I committed a crime by violating my contract with the original debt. This company has broken many parts of the law and are using illegal tactics to intimidate me regarding a supposed debt they have yet to send a validation for. Below are some clear violations made by this company. 1. This company violated section 805 of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act which is public law, by contacting a third party regarding my contact information and debt. 2. This company violated section 806 of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act by using deceptive and misleading tactics in connection with the debt. They also attempted to disgrace me by saying I was committing a crime in relation to the debt, which is also a violation in this section of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. 3. This company violated the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act by not sending a written proof of debt showing information about the original debt, original contract, amount owed, proof of debt etc. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and will reach out to the Federal Trade Commission as well. This company is in clear violation of the law and according to the various complaints on the Better Business Bureau site, this is a common way that they do business. read more

I applied for a Business Loan in March 2020. It was for $39,000.00 but with the FEES they charge we actually netted a little over $37,000.00. It was at 79% APR and I knew this going in expecting it to be a very short term loan. Unfortunately COVID-19 hit around that time and I have been stuck with a $2,766.32 INTEREST ONLY monthly payment for the past 25 months. The PAYOFF balance as of today is $46,576.29 (Not COUNTING the $69.158.00 in monthly interest payments that I have already paid) Luckily I was able to acquire the funds to pay this TERRIBLE LOAN off ASAP. After the initial call with an agent Fabiola, I was concerned she was hard to contact after i sent several emails with information she requested, I couldn't reach her until I sent an email telling her I give up and letting her know I would be leaving a review on yelp sharing my experience she replied in minuets to say she was out of the office ( lousy excuse) also not my problem. I have a personal with Loanme.com and I have been trying for over a week to speak to someone regarding the current status of my loan in anticipation of making a final payoff. I have called their office at the number listed on their website... finally spoke to representative twice who said they would have someone from the appropriate office call me back. Going on 10 days and I have not received a call. Tried logging into my account online with my personal information and information contained on my monthly statement but system could not locate my account. The person that I spoke on the phone who said they could not help me said they recently changed some kind of system and that is why they cannot locate my account. That may be true but not having anyone available to help me by phone or to call me back is ridiculous and bordering on fraud. My next step will be to report this company to the Dept. Of Financial Protection and Innovation as well as the BBB. Beware of Loanme. They cannot be trusted !!! read more

I wish I could give LoanMe zero stars instead of 1. I just went through the process of trying to pay off the remaining $6,400 of my account, which was a 2 day process, as they seem to deliberately make themselves very difficult to reach, or to pay any amount other than the 1 month currently due. Can't find any addresses of where they are located. Their phone systems take me round and round when trying to find someone to talk with. I had to pay the amount over the phone, as the system would not let me do it online. The very nice customer service lady apologized for the difficulty with their systems, but there was no way for me to retrieve the interest lost overnight from not being able to reach anyone yesterday. Furthermore, I just recently realized that zero amount of my many recent monthly payments were going to principle, which is why I decided I'd better pay it off. I normally only use YELP to give a 5-star rating, but in this case, my experience with LoanMe was so bad that I decided to do the very unusual thing for me which was to give them a 1 star rating. read more

Please....DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are corrupt! First, interest rate is super high. Yes, I knew that going in but just needed a quick loan and was going to pay it back asap. However, there website goes down often so you can't make payments. Then when you call them, they direct you to another department called AmeriSave. So when you call them, which is a separate number, they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls after leaving several messages. Call them for a month straight, everyday with no reply. Finally after 3-4 weeks, someone finally answered and gave me a new account number so I can log into my account. I didn't even know I had a new account number until they told me. In the meantime, they collected 3-4 weeks of interest on my loan which was over $200 dollars. All because I couldn't log into my account and there was nobody at their company that could help me make a payment. This is, hands down, the worst company you will ever deal with. I filed a complaint via email to their company with no reply. They are at best shady and know exactly what they are doing to make sure they collect as much interest as possible from you. They use delay tactics so interest can keep accruing. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General's Office to collect the 3-4 weeks of interest they stole from me. Just don't do it, no matter how desperate you are. Please find another way. I don't know how the employees sleep at night working for this company! Beware..LoanMe is totally corrupt!!!! read more

Do not fall for their sales pitch! I did and have regretted it ever since. The sales pitch was great and I thought it would be a good way to do some home improvements. I should have known there was something wrong when they charged me $5000 to get a $25,000 loan, meaning I would get a $25,000 loan but would only be given $20,000 cash. Foolishly, I went ahead and accepted their offer. Then I agreed to let them take the monthly payment electronically from my bank account. One month, the payment got messed up and was late. I got an email informing me they wanted to take the late payment from my account and would take the payment in two days. The account they wanted to take the late payment from was almost empty and I couldn't deposit the money into that account in time so I called them and told them to use a different account. The employee told me the payment request had already been sent to my bank two days BEFORE they sent me the email and told me there was nothing he could do. I asked the employee how they could take money from a person's bank account two days BEFORE notifying the customer they were going to take the money. The employee told me it was in my contract but I scoured over my contract and there was no verbiage that said they could take whatever money they felt they were entitled to whenever they liked. I cancelled their authority to electronically access my bank account which caused them to contact me incessantly via email and phone to try to get me to reinstate the electronic payments. I refused and ordered them to stop calling me and they acted like they were the victim because I took their access away from my bank account. They agreed but do not want to send me any thing in writing. What person do you know that will send any agreed settlement payment without first getting something in writing. This company is is not trust worthy. We who borrowed are tying to pay but all loan me wants to do is to a deferment. Please don't do it just more time and more money to your loan. Get every thing in writing not email. When you offer a settlement stick to it. Don't go any higher than what you can afford. No auto pay and everything in writing please learn from my mistake.
