Providence Capital Funding - Business Financing Near Me - Brea, California

Stay away the scam your accounts and when calling them they do nothing. They tell you to sue

Spammed repeatedly and asked not to call, yet they do. When asked not to call this last time, agent rudely hung-up. Let me get this straight, you going to cold call us and have an attitude when asked nicely to not call us again. A simple "I am sorry, I will not waste your time again" would prevent pissing people off. If this was a reputable lender, they would not need to cold call people to find business. read more

Providence Capital Funding - AZ Crane, Mesa, Arizona - Business Financing Near Me - Brea, California

I was referred to Danny Stewart by the company I was purchasing medical equipment from and had a great experience. He was able to get us a great rate and fund the deal in a timely manner. It was all done via docusign which was nice and he made the process simple and easy. I would highly recommend! read more

It was an absolute pleasure working with Alan Mireles at Providence. He was extremely quick to respond to emails as well as answered his phone whenever I called. I still am surprised at how quickly the process went from submitting the loan application to funding. They detailed a specific loan amount and interest rate for my unique situation. I would recommend Providence to my closest of relatives, friends and to too everyone. A+ / 5 stars without a question! read more

Alan Johnson was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.  I will continue to refer my customers to him.

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! READ THIS FIRST: I just finished my last payment with Providence Capital. Paid as agreed. Over, right? Nope. Not with Providence. Because we did not notify them four months in advance that our lease was over, it automatically renews for one year. Yes, that is right! After you pay for the equipment completely, they will keep billing you if YOU don't remember to notify them four months in advance. Then they want this fee and that fee. We have leased from Axis Capital, National Funding and North Star. Nobody plays this game except for Providence. Stay far away. There are much better options at less money than this unethical company. read more

We have been selling equipment for almost 15 years & used many different lenders to provide finance options for our customers. However, in the last 3 years we have stayed with Providence Capital and referred them over 100+ customers. They are quick, easy to work with, they always call u back and they don't waste anyone's time. If you're an equipment dealer, give them a call, they are GREAT! read more

If there was less than 1 star this company would get it. BE VERY CAUTIOUS USING THIS COMPANY. The Providence Capital salesman phoned me consistantly for years asking for our business. We finally gave them a shot on a purchasing a truck and trailer based on what we were told. We agreed, and paid them a deposit to get things moving. Once the debt contract came back, it was not a loan but a lease, and calcualted at double the interest rate we were told. Further, after the final payment they required us to purchase the equipment at full market value. We attempted to back out of the deal due to their Bait and Switch technique but their fine print allowed them to keep our deposit of $15,000. Lawyering up would have cost more so we were forced into expensive debt that we hated every moment of paying to these scum bags. I truly hope you go somewhere else. read more

I erased the details of this post because I got my refund back minus the 300 dollar document fee. Buyer beware and read the contract carefully... read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU LEASE. THIS HAPPENED TO ME. In their lease proposal on paragraph 2 "(2) If Providence is unable to approve the proposed transaction on substantially the same terms as outlined above, the total deposit shall be refunded less thirty percent and entire documentation fee" Example: Providence proposed a $408 monthly payment. After I sent them a check of $1115, they then sent me the final agreement for $454 monthly. I did not like it and told them to refund my money. They had no problem to give me a check of $571.20. They took a fee of $299 plus 30% of the check I sent them. All because I did not agree to pay $454 monthly instead of $408 which they had proposed. ALL IM SAYING IS TO READ CAREFULLY AT THEIR PROPOSAL AGREEMENT AND THINK TWICE! read more

Alan Mireles was awesome. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and dedication to his clients. We had some issues during funding that Alan worked hard on getting resolved for us. He was able to get us more funding than we anticipated. Alan was easily accessible any time we had questions and made our experience with Providence extremely pleasant. The next time I need funding I'll be calling him. Thanks again, Alan! read more

Hello, Everyone. I am mid-size business that have worked with many financing companies in the past. I decided to give Nevin at Providence Capital a chance. His quote was very competitive but most importantly the service was great. No games, no hassle and they approved me within 48 hours. After they approved me it took 2 more days and the loan was funded. Great company to work with and ask for Nevin. read more

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! READ THIS FIRST: They sent us a proposal: which read Providence Capital Funding, Inc. ("Providence"), directly or through a Nominee or Assignee, is prepared to arrange an equipment finance accommodation as follows: We all agreed on the terms, Providence knew we had a deadline and they assured us this won't be a problem. We continued to provide them the information they needed, at no time they said the rate will be different from the proposal. At the last minute they changed the deal. They changed the rate, which was significantly higher then what they quoted. Also, they took a deposit of 9k to start the process. Don't waste your time with them. read more

These people never tell you that once everything is paid off they want to get more. They never tell you about the hidden four month notice and the hidden buyout. All leasing companies have an end of lease 1 dollar buyout, not these people. Never work with them there are plenty of other companies. read more

Did some equipment financing for our Dental Practice with the help of Norman Tamang. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable

I desperately needed to upgrade my audio equipment, but I honestly didn't know how this all worked. Byron Rivers carefully explained how the loan worked and did everything possible to make sure I fully understood the information. He helped me place my orders for new analog cables, TRS and TS connectors, and new, high quality speakers. If Byron wasn't the one who worked with me, I would have probably given up on the whole loan altogether, but he was easy to talk to and listened carefully to what I had to say. 100% recommend Byron from Providence Capital Funding. read more

This was my first time financing equipment for my business, so I was pretty "green" to everything. Around tax time, my CPA needed some information so I called and was directed to Anita. She was really helpful and answered every question I had, and gave me more information than my CPA needed. Even after I told her I had everything, she gave me her direct line "just in case" something else came up. She also made sure I knew all of my lease terms. As a one-man-shop, this really made things easy for me, and saved me and my CPA a lot of time. I wasn't passed around from person to person and I wasn't rushed off the phone. I really appreciated all the help she gave me. Thank you. read more

So this company doesn't lend less than $5000. The term sheet was very vague and favored Providence only and was confusing. The over all cost of the loan was super expensive because you pay $10600 (2 payments upfront and 58 monthly payments of $177) +$199 (which is a fee charged for their staff). The guy I dealt with is also a trained liar because he never revised the term sheet to reflect our conversation. He also tried to tell me he or his company were making no money on the deal even though they want in the big picture an additional $4600 worth of interest and that by taking this loan I was earning accreditation! Who are these guys fooling? read more

I have no idea why anyone would use this company. We set out to purchase an industry specific software application and were referred to Providence to request funding. The person we spoke with was very pleasant and quick to respond. Unfortunately, the terms of their lease proposal are harsh and oppressive and we didn't proceed any further. I've never seen a process work this way so if this is the industry norm, forgive me, but this was my experience - After you apply for financing, you get a lease proposal. The proposal must be signed and contains a documentation fee of ~$200, an interest rate for your loan, and a deposit requirement, along with what I consider to be incredibly one-sided restrictions. Only after you sign the lease proposal do they decide if they are going to actually offer you financing and on what terms. You are required to submit a deposit along with the signed lease proposal, which is pretty much non-refundable and in my particular experience, was a little less than 10% of the requested loan amount. If they approve you and you accept the offer, the deposit goes towards your loan. Fair enough. If they approve you on substantially similar terms (which is undefined) and you decline, they keep the entire deposit. If they approve you but on terms that are not substantially similar to the lease proposal, they keep 20% of the deposit. Not to mention the lowest available interest rate was .4% higher than advertised on the application and you must irrevocably consent to jurisdiction in Orange County, CA and waive your right to a jury trial. To APPLY for a loan, not actually get it, just APPLY. No thanks. read more

If you use this company check the fine print. They are sneaky. We leased some equipment from them. Signed the addendum 3 years ago that we would be purchasing the equipment at the end of the lease. Because we didn't read the fine print we missed where it says that if we want to buy the equipment we need to let them know 4 months in advance. We didn't and they started to take money out.. We called and found out that they extended the lease. Who in their right mind would extend a lease after the equipment was paid for? So we went to them and asked to get out of it. Cost us $3,800.. Now mind you this is the second pc of equipment we got through them. Over $100,000 worth of business. We were never late on a payment.. Yes.. Its our fault for not reading the fine print closely enough but you would think that they would want to keep customers. It really is a sneaky way to get more money out of people. Any other leases we have had the salesman went over all details. This company couldn't care less. read more
