On a Saturday morning in September, my brother drive me here to exchange for New Zealand dollars as a wedding gift. We arrived 10min early and waited for the place to open. We seen the clerk open the store exactly 10am. The clerk was really nice and waited for her to get settled. I paid $62.12 for $100 New Zealand Dollars. Poor customer service and poor exchange rates. I waited 10 minutes while they figured out what currency my money was and another 5 to figure out what the exchange rate was. They did not respond to my questions and I had to ask for a receipt for the transaction, and they even stiffed my small change.
