You should get one of this receipts when you send. All the info the recipients need to know will be printed here as well.

Planning a vacation can be a little stressful, having a destination that still does not utilize the use of credit cards adds to the stress level as well...I honestly have never used a remittance service before, not knowing what to do I'm glad the young man here at PNB Remittance Center made my first attempt to send money overseas painless and rather quick!! This remittance center utilizes Western Union to remit money in other countries but I'm quite sure they also have other affiliates that they also use, since my travel agent advised I use Western Union, I opted to use this service as she said it's pretty trustworthy- it's pretty seamless I have to say! They are located in Eagle Rock Plaza, just when you enter the Seafood City Entrance on your left you'll see PNB remittance center. Tips when remitting money; make sure you have ALL your recipient's info, last thing you want is your umpteen thousand $$$ being claimed by some unscrupulous individual, email or call the recipient asap once you send, give them the tracking# and other pertinent info from the receipt. Good luck!

I went to cash a check and it was processed without confirming my intent. When I was told I could…read moreonly deposit it due to not having enough funds in my account, I clearly said no -- I was only trying to cash the check. Despite this, they ran the check through anyway and then stamped it, compounding the error. Because of that stamp, the check can no longer be cashed anywhere else and is now only usable for deposit at Chase. This became clear after I attempted to cash the check at Walmart, where I was told it should never have been stamped and therefore could not be cashed. I went to a second Walmart and received the same response. When I raised the issue at the original Chase branch, I was told that this was "normal procedure" and that they had done nothing wrong -- which is shocking. Running a check without first confirming whether it can be cashed, and then "correcting" that error by stamping it, should not be considered normal procedure. To get further clarification, I went to another Chase branch, where I was again told that stamping the check is standard procedure. However, this was also the first time I was told they "do not know how other places operate," which is equally concerning and highlights a lack of awareness of the real-world impact on customers. They are effectively turning checks into trash everywhere else, making them only depositable with Chase unless the customer already has sufficient funds available in their account. To avoid this situation altogether, the bank should confirm whether a check can be cashed and avoid stamping it entirely unless the customer explicitly authorizes a deposit. This entire situation is the result of Chase's actions, yet the customer is the one left dealing with the consequences. I also contacted Chase customer service, who apologized and acknowledged the issue. It appears this branch is operating mechanically rather than thoughtfully, indicating a need for additional training and process improvement. The representatives words. I hope this helps someone else avoid the same headache. I do NOT recommend this branch.

No one is at her home to answer these calls, yet the bank keeps calling "to confirm information." Over the past several weeks, I have contacted the bank numerous times asking for one simple accommodation: stop calling the home phone and update the contact method on file. Each time, staff claimed they "cannot be flexible" or "cannot update the profile." That is not an acceptable excuse. Internal system limitations are not the customer's responsibility, and they certainly do not justify ongoing harassment. At this point, the repeated calls are no longer a mistake -- they reflect a deliberate failure to act after repeated notice. This situation has caused unnecessary stress for our family and raises serious concerns about customer service standards and compliance. I would strongly caution others before banking here.
